It's a small hotel with beach and sea at the end of the road, shops and mat the other end. The indoor market is a short walk.
It is surrounded by bars and restaurants.
The breakfasts are just fine and everybody is helpful and relaxed.
This place is a "pensione" hostal or so, never a hotel as they claim.
If you know that from the beginning, you will take an informed decision and the price has to change.

I don't know. It would be best to contact the hotel to find out. I know the hotel is open all year round but am not sure about the restaurant which is situated over the road from the hotel. Hope this helps.
