While the decor is a bit austere, it is quite comfortable, including having a kitchenette. That is good, particularly since breakfast is served before 9 a.m. Also, it's tricky to find--my GPS didn't register the street. It's fairly new. Parking is free and convenient. A car is a must because there are no attractions or services within walking district. However,... More

This is a no frills, good value apart hotel on the edge of the old town of Dinan..Id say 15 minutes walk to the centre. A little devoid of character, but practical for our needs. If you know beforehand that you have to clean the flat before you leave (and they inspect your handiwork!) then you won't get a shock.... More

Large apartments, comfortable bed, friendly team. The apartments are spacious, but a little under furnished, great as a base to explore this beautiful area. The rooms are quite & the beds comfortable, I've slept well. The team are friendly & helpful, my wife fractured her foot on a trip (sic) to St Malo & the people where helpful & concerned,... More

In general, a very nice little room in a very quiet area. The room was very clean and adequate in size, had to watch your head on the angled ceilings though. An easy 10 min walk to the old city. A little hard to find only because some newer developments resulted in some new access roads; different from the maps.... More

Stayed two nights in Dinan at this hotel. Positives: less than ten minutes walk to the city centre. The kitchenette area is very useful if you don't want to venture out for food. There's a lovely Le Clerc two minutes drive or a small Carrefour on the way into the city. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Lovely... More

Clean rooms, very quiet rooms and friendly staff, not far from the center of town-small pool. Very good up scale restaurant" au coin du feu" just in front of the hotel. Nice green area and good acces roads

Overall this was a good place to stay. With the kitchen facilities it gave the flexibility to cook and eat in the room. Rooms are functional rather than luxurious. There is a covered swimming pool and plenty of parking. Next door is a fairly good restaurant. It is however a good mile from the closest side of the old town.... More

The one thing going for this hotel was its proximity to the town of Dinan. Only a ten minute walk made it perfect and we chose it for this reason together with ample parking. We started badly, being on the top floor and the lift was out of action for the whole time. The room was large but fairly soulless,... More

We stayed at this hotel with a tour group of high-school students for two nights. The rooms were spacious and apartment-style. There was a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sink, and small dishwasher. The breakfast buffet was nice and plentiful. The on-site restaurant was nice and had a wood-burning stove for pizza and a full bar. The town center is... More

Located in a quiet part of town, about a 10 min walk to the center. We had an excellent deal price wise. Good to know that towels are not readily available (depending on your booking type) so we brought our own. Bedlinnen was supplied. Great size appartment with plenty of room for 4 (though we were with 2 people). Staff... More
