Horrid nylon shaggy carpet. Stupid design for a disabled-access room made access very difficult. Heating was turned up so high we had headaches (it was a warm Spring) and when I phoned the concierge to ask why I could not turn it down in the room (which had a thermostat) I was told that it was set to a fixed...

We arrived late at night after being on the road for more than 7 hours driving to a nicely refurbished room with the hardest bed I have ever slept in and a dirty kettle. We ordered breakfast to be served in our room by hanging the order on the door the night before. The breakfast We received the following morning...

We stayed here in September 2011 for one night on the return leg from being in the French Alps. We found the place OK but major building works were going on in Dijon for the tram network. There was under ground secure car parking and the lobby area was very pleasant. The twin room was very modern with a lovely...

Haughty staff, very poor and very expensive food. Eur33 for a tough and half eaten steak and Eur5.5 for a Eur1 beer was just a rip-off. The room was small but nicely appointed. However, the aircon was inadequate. The hotel is situated on a roundabout and street noise was excessive even with windows closed. Noise from a neighbouring room was...

Stopped off in Dijon for 2 nights and had a Privilege Double on the 4th floor, room 404. Hotel is located in Clemenceau which is 10 mins walk from the old centre, in a business-zone of town. Has a free car park below the hotel, very secure. Our room was pretty big, enormous bed with crisp sheets. Satellite TV, aircon,...

Upon arrival the hotel seemed lovely, the woman at the desk very friendly and offered us a map of the town and plenty of options for us to do in Dijon such as wine tours. when booking we choose the premier room, which entitled you to free soft drinks in the mini bar (a very good selection and was refilled...

We stayed here our first night in France. The hotel is very comfortable and has fantastic staff at the front desk. We chose to have dinner at the hotel after a long trip, and it was very nice. The breakfast the next morning was complimentary for seniors, but otherwise would not have been worth the price. Beware of Dijon! The...

stayed one night on a european visit. Rooms very smart, lacking nothing. However, we booked two rooms and these were located at opposite ends of the floor. Okay for us as we were adults, however if travelling with children ensure you request rooms together! More importantly, the windows in the rooms open wide with just a low bar to prevent...
