Such a lovely boutique hotel situated right in the middle of Place Plumereau. Lovely views of the bustling streets from our window. Delicious buffet breakfast in the morning with croissants and various breads. The staff (I believe it is family run) were so helpful and also there if you needed advice on exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this...

A faultless stay in a beautiful Hotel. Family run, nothing is too much trouble, and beautifully appointed. Perfectly placed to access the centre of Tours, amidst the quaint cobbled stoned streets and the multitude of street cafe's, restaurants and Bars. Thoroughly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay where you will embrace the local culture, gain help and...

This place does not get as good as 1 star. The neighborhood is lovely during the day, which is the only positive thing to say about the hotel. I received a room at the top of the very narrow servant's stairs. Be careful, the stairs were just deep enough for a child's foot. I had to turn my feet sideways...

I stayed here over the winter period and I have to say the warmth of the hotel staff and the comfort of the hotel made the stay a very pleasant one. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the satff very helpful when advising of the local sights.

Although very nondescript and tucked away in a quiet street downtown, this is a fabulous place after all! The reception was more than just a cold formality - extremely welcoming and sensitive to individual need. Although mine was a small room on the second floor - it was just perfect with its comfortable bed and shower. Breakfast was a smattering...

We booked this hotel more than six months in advance and was really looking forward to it even though it is only a 2 star. We wanted the atmosphere without the discomfort and everything about the hotel said you got that. However a few days prior to arriving we were told the airconditioning unit in our rooms, (two couples), were...

Outstanding service in a charming location in lively Vieux-Tours just off the Place Plumereau. Our room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning, a powerful fan, a large window, and a great view of the lively street below. The hotel owner was very helpful, personable, and kind during our stay.

Centrally located a few blocks from the Hotel de Ville, the hostess and hotness (and young son) could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The room was cleaned, large compared to many that I have had, and with a great modern bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of pastries and breads, cheeses, juices, cereal and condiments. Neighbourhood...

We found it was centrally located , clean but the room was very small . The receptionist was friendly and helpful but can't say the same about her male colleague. Don't take a room on the street side if you want a quiet night as the bars and restaurants below operate until after 3.00am. No hair dryer was provided.

I loved the modern bathroom and the room with hardwood floors and beams. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The only downside was my room was noisy from the street below. Overall my favorite hotel I stayed at on my France trip.
