Several of our group stayed at this very tired hotel. The pictures on booking.com are nothing like any of our rooms Most were so out dated and smokey. No parking whatsoever Only expensive on street or underground parking in a public car park. Bathroom was unbelievable and very small. If you are over 5'6 you would not be able to...

A small, quaint hotel next to the train station and walking distance to places to eat and shop. I loved all of the charm, my family not as much. The bath worked just fine and we had a small balcony overlooking the train station. The front desk folks were not very welcoming, but they did get extra towels when requested....

The hotel is in a fairly central location and the lady who greeted us was really nice and helpful - she gave us a map and explained where to go for dinner etc. When we returned from dinner the gentleman who was on the reception desk was rude and denied us entrance to the hotel. After showing him that we...

This hotel is located right next to the Tours train station and very near several car rental agencies. While not quite in the center of Tours, it is a short walk to the central pedestrian street of downtown Tours. There are several restaurants nearby and the town "white train" is a must to get an orientation of the city. The...

Very comfortable, very french! Clean and quiet and right in city centre. Large room with comfortable bed. Reasonable breakfast, good value for money. Parking easy as 24 hour car park near plus station fight opposite if on train.

We found it was a very relaxing place where the staff know how to look after its customers and anything to help their customers is never too much trouble. The thing that we liked most about the hotel was not only its old world charm but its situation, right where it needs to be.

We stayed here recently as a group ( students and teachers) as we were visiting France. The hotel was lovely- clean, great position, good breakfast, very comfortable bed. The owners were helpful and friendly. We found it to be a very central location for visiting several castles around Tours. Would recommend this hotel.

we stayed 3 nights. From the moment we arrived till we left we were greeted and treated like old friends. The Hotel itself has an elegant charm. Breakfast was abundant for extra 8euro. Bed was comfortable. Right next to railway station. Fantastic location. We loved it.

I have traveled on many a train in France, and this time I was on my way to Bordeaux. However, I have nether encountered a combination train before. So one half of the train stopped at Tours, and the other half disappeared into the distance. So I required a hotel room for the night, the Hotel De L'Europe was the...
