We were here for 1 night. It is located very central, ideal for visiting the city. The rooms are clean and contain all that is needed. They have clearly upgraded the rooms, they look nice and different. The staff is friendly and helpfull.
Let's start with the reception and arrival. The reception guy was not kind at all. He give us the key, so we went to our room. When seeing the room I was a little bit shocked by the size.. It was so small!

You can take the TGV which will stop you at their stop call Reims-Ardennes, I believe but there is a "commuter train that will take you to the Reims Train station which is extremely close to the city Center. If you are adventurous you could take the tram from the TGV train station to downtown Reims. It is a steep down grade to get there and you need to purchase a ticket at their booth.
