I understand that you request'ed an apartment with AC but, most of parisian apartments are not equipped so we need to provide our guests with portable AC machines

Outside office hours you need a phone, be able to speak French and be prepared to travel to where the hotel may be. And you need patience! So if the 17 yr olds have all of this, great!
