Waited half an hour in the street for the person in charge to appear and open the apartment. Great location walking distance to notre dame and metro station. Convenient crepperies and restaurants in the same street. Comfortable space with all basic things in kitchen. No soap nor toilet paper provided. Good wifi until our last day in which it stopped... The location was great but the experience was extremely disappointing and bad. I had advised them that I would be arriving late from Prague. I had no communication apart from confirmation from Venere.com 4 days prior to the check in date confirming the booking and that no further action was required. When my wife and I arrived, there was no... More

I was hesitant because of some of the reviews, I will start telling you some of them do not even belong to this apartment. Remember you are not paying to go check in at Le Crillon. It is a very comfortable reasonably priced in the center of it all. you must be specific on the time to check in as... More

The location is great: groceries next door, interesting food, close to metro, near Notre Dame. Whole booking process felt sketchy and unofficial, and they don't take credit cards. It would have been a disaster if I did not have an international phone so that I could call the owner when we were waiting outside. The guy who introduced us to... More

On arrival, we were told that we cannot stay at the location we booked so we had to move to another apartment which is nothing like the photos provided. There were lots of holes in the ceiling, an incredibly small shower room. THERE WAS NO PROPER DOOR TO THE BATHROOM and just a plastic curtain which doesn't close properly. Some... More

The location is amazing, one of my favorites in Paris. Close to the Metro and walkable to many sites. There is the cutest little open air markets right here where you can get delicious chesses, fruit, roasted chicken, etc. The actual rooms were a little worn. The bed was decent but overall the room was pretty tiny and lacked decoration.... More

My girlfriend and I visited Paris for three nights and were looking for accomdation in a location that would make getting around the many sights hassle free. Quatier Latin 2 was ideal for us. Situated in the lively Latin Quater, the accomodation is close to lots of bars and restaurants (all offering an evening meal menu for around 15 -... More

The rooms are quite basic, typical to Paris. I stayed on the 2nd room, and had a very nice balcony all around my room. The complimentary internet connection in the room is nice. Breakfast was basic and in a very small and cramped hall - as expected in Paris. The location is good, with very easy access to the metro,... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
