The rooms are really small everything looks very old (worn out, not romantic old) - There is almost no closet space and there were a lot of things broken in the shower - Only possitive was the mattress that was fairly comfortable. - Overpriced and...

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights and were able to walk to the louvre and river in 20 mins. Walking distance to Hard Rock Cafe and many restaurants in the main road. The standard room is fairly small but ok if u only have one bag each. There is a 3 person lift but the breakfast room is...

Stayed on the 5th floor - rooms small but adequate especially if you intend to be sightseeing for most of the day/evening, but location is ideal. To be honest, it's best as a base and to return to sleep which was ideal for us. 2 minutes from the Metro, 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Service and check in-out really...

Stayed for four nights in April. Warmest week ever in Paris in April but air conditioning still set to winter, hotel was stifling. The room was tiny but apparently the norm for Paris, bathroom modern & well appointed. The location was amazing, close to shopping, eateries & attractions. Breakfast served in cellar

The room was very small for the size of the single. Small elevator. Standard room Interior. Clean bathroom. The noise between rooms was very disturbed, but the road noise is not heard. The breakfast is good. The Staffs were nice and very helpful. You can reach Metro, Taxi, Restaurants, The Louvre by walk. So for me its not bad to...

I spent 4 nights in this hotel and i was disapointed. The staff is nice and this is an historical building where the famous painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec lived but... my room was really average. It was small, the ceiling was very low, with air conditioning / heater making a lot of noise, bad quality bed, tiny bathroom, tv remote...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
