We stayed 3 nights. We arrived at 10:00 AM and our room was ready - an unexpected surprise. Pleasant 8 minute walk to the Metro. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had pretty much every you could want. There is a nice courtyard where you can have breakfast weather permitting. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the Champs Élysées which we did once since the weather was nice.

A small modern lovely boutique hotel close to the Metro, lovely comfortable bed and great breakfast, but room lacks storage for clothing and other items. There is a need for regular maintenance as the bathroom door broke twice on our stay for four days. Drinks machine generally out of order at reception. Certain staff not too friendly, others were fine, but that's expected in Paris. Holiday was great though including trip to Eurodisney.

Good hotel, nice rooms, good breakfast and nice staff. I was actually 2 times in Paris in 2022 and both of them I was staying in this hotel. Location is not so good but I would always choose this hotel and reccomend to anyone. The only problem was at the reception when I was requesting a company invoice and it was the only thing that was a bit complicated. Everything else is great!

Stayed here for the last 3 nights of our honeymoon whilst driving back to the UK from our wedding in Italy. We stayed in one of the duplex suites with a double balcony, which was gorgeous and had a lovely view. The lady who checked us in was lovely, noting that it was our honeymoon and congratulating us. Unfortunately when we checked in, there was litter on the floor in the room and an unpleasant smell. Little details weren’t looked after e.g. only one coffee pod for the coffee machine. The air con was a little temperamental - it went off when you opened the balcony door (fair enough) but the handle was dodgy and the air con thought the door was open when it wasn’t, resulting in a poor nights sleep the first night and having to sleep with all the windows open. This was fixed the following day. The area of the hotel is nice with plenty of patisseries and restaurants around, and good access to central Paris if using a bike/e scooter - we found it took us around half an hour each night to get an Uber to pick us up (the hotel could not get a taxi for us). On our final morning, my husband made a coffee and the little milk sachet was out of date and stank of cheese. Obviously UHT milk lasts years and years so this was quite the feat. On check out, the receptionist (young lady with glasses) asked if our stay had been ok, so I answered honestly. It turned out she didn’t want our feedback at all - and responded only with ‘did you mention it on check in?’. I said we’d mentioned the air con, but obviously it seemed petty to come down and mention litter on the floor - we just picked it up and threw it away and moved on with our day. No apology was offered, we weren’t given an itemised bill for our extras and were just told ‘goodbye’. My husband then went to take our car out of the garage (very tight entrance if you have a large car, but the car felt safe and secure in there with all our belongings from our wedding) - I asked her to open the garage door and was told we had to call from downstairs and a strange power struggle ensued as to why she couldn’t just open it there and then as my husband was sat on the other side of the garage door in the car waiting. Very bizarre - she finally opened it after I knocked on the front window. The receptionist had obviously woken up on the wrong side of the bed, but IMO shouldn’t be working in customer service. Other than that, our stay was adequate and we would consider staying again if small improvements were made.

I stayed with my family as s birthday treat and went to see moulin rouge. We returned to the hotel At 11pm and wanted a drink before we went to bed we waited 10 mins for the lady on the desk to check people in then was told the bar was closed. We enquired about room service and was told the staff had gone home. Unacceptable for a hotel in Paris to close before midnight, other guests also wanted drinks.

I stayed a total of 5 nights at this hotel through an organized tour of France. I found the staff to be unhelpful, unfriendly and disinterested to be quite honest. I could barely get a smile or response out of them. I asked for a glass of champagne which was exactly 2 mouthfuls full, and she charged me 10 euros for that. The hotel is very hot, and there is next to no air -conditioning in the main lobby or the rooms. The location isn’t great either. Not close to any places of interest. This hotel would probably suit those on a lower budget and only there for 2 nights maximum.

We stayed here for 3 nights in April (1 night pre tour and 2 nights post tour). Obviously after staying in St Germain, the location in the 17th is not as vibey but there are a couple of restaurants nearby and a self service laundry across the road. There is a bar downstairs but with only 1 staff member about, service can be a bit slow. Breakfast was quite good, noting it was buffet style. We had a lovely room on our first night - very modern with heated towel racks. Our 2 nights stay after the tour was just a basic room without a heated towel rack and was not as modern.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The price was good on a room only basis. Breakfast was expensive at €18 a head. There’s a lovely bakery about 5 minutes walk away so save your cash and get the steps in. I chose the location due to the proximity to the RER station for a trip to Versailles. Otherwise I would not have chosen this hotel as it is over a mile away from the closest tourists attraction, the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are well equipped and spacious via Paris standards. One of the rooms was not set correctly upon check in and we had to continually ask for it to be sorted. One of the allocated rooms on arrival was not a premium room I booked and didn’t have a shower - this issue was quickly resolved but it shouldn’t have needed to be. The rooms were fixed daily and bottled water and coffee pods replenished. Robes, slippers and premium toiletries were provided. The bedding isn’t the best quality - a polycotton blend which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. If you’re in a room facing in to the courtyard you will be disturbed by the slightest noise down below if the window is left open. The air con, however, works well. In summary, a very genetic and ‘modern’ hotel which met the need but nothing ‘wow’ or special.

As a 60th birthday present to myself, I arranged for all the family to spend my birthday weekend in Paris. I made three bookings: one for my wife and I (3 nights), one for my daughter (3 nights) and one for my son and his partner (2 nights). I chose the bed and breakfast option, which, for some reason, did not work on my wife's and my reservation. Therefore, my children had a full breakfast while my wife and I had to be content with a coffee and croissant next door. The hotel offered the possibility of breakfast, but at €18 pp a day the cost was exorbitant, so we declined. Given the logistical scope of the operation - all of us live in different countries - and the fact it was for my 60th birthday, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask for an early check in and a late checkout. I have been a member of the Accor loyalty programme for decades although I don't travel as much as I used to. Wishing to make the most of our time in Paris, and given the occasion, I didn't anticipate a problem in theis regard. This was their reply: 'De plus, nous essaieront tant que possible de vous mettre dans un étage supérieur avec vue sur rue pour profiter de nos chaleureux toits parisiens, et de procéder à un early check in ou d’un late check out, et ce sous réserve de nos disponibilités.' Basically translated, the message in English says: "In addition, we will try as much as possible to put you on an upper floor with a view of the street to take advantage of our warm Parisian roofs, and to proceed with an early check in or a late check out, subject to our availability." 'Subject to availability' being the key words here. When we arrived at the hotel, the male receptionist did not offer us an early check in. I showed him his colleague's email. He simply shrugged his shoulders, saying that the room was not ready. We asked to stow our bags in the left luggage and went to find lunch. On our return, the same receptionist gave is the keys to room 417, far below the lofty heights and the 'warm Parisian rooftops'. We had a view of a faux Mansart rooftop on the building opposite which was new and not particularly 'warm'. Our son was given a bigger room than us (416); yet here I was paying for eight nights' accommodation plus seven breakfasts. We were also denied a late checkout, which meant we went to the airport 5 hours before schedule. Recpetion could not even give me one unified invoice. The way we were treated, ultimately, ruined my 60th birthday. Never again.
