This is one of those hotels where everything is a little bit broken: the faucets leak; the shower head is limp; the TV breaks down; the WiFi doesn't work. The rooms are clean, though, and small. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The "apartment" promise is a joke: 2 hot plates and a water cooker do not make a kitchen. You...

Quiet New, it actually got old quickly. Went there twice, big fan of Park And Suite (before they change the name for Appart city). And the maintenance there is quiet bar. The reception manager did not look friendly at all with the clientele. Service of cleaning wasn't amazing. But the location and the breakfast room was great. I will recommend...

The good: well located by RER and metro. Clean The not so good: the area is not the most charming one. The concept is somewhat strange as you have cooking facilities but my room was so small I would not have had any place to eat. Probably there are larger rooms onsite. Breakfast is very expensive for the choices offered....

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Very close to univeriste Paris Diderot. Reliable wifi. Allowed me to check in at 10am after a flight from USA, which was very nice as they didn't have to do so. Recommended.

It is far away from the city centre, there is a tram line but not sure the destination. It is an apartment room, very modern and stylish. The lights on the corridor is automatic. Each floor has their own wall colour, different to every floor. Easy to access the room and once you enter your room, there quiet roomy hallway...

We booked a room for a week, for the money was overall was not too bad. The service was not what we expected, but the location was good. I only stayed in the room during night time as i spend all the time discovering Paris.

How is this a 4 star hotel? It's pretty bare bones. Certainly clean, staff are pleasant but not 4 star. They didn't replace run-out soap or a face towel after my first night (don't know why they took it away). If you need a cheap place to stay as a base in a rather bland part of Paris, fine. If...

I realize that real estate is expensive in big cities such as Paris and, therefore, affordable Hotel rooms tend to be small in such cities. The Appart'City is no exception to this rule. Actually, the cubboard storage space is so limited that hanging more than three items seems difficult. In principle, I am willing to accept this to get an...

We only stayed for 1 night but it was a perfect stop for us after a long flight. The beds were very comfortable, roomy apartment and bathroom. For a family of four it was very spacious for Paris. Price is great also when breakfast is included it was an extra bonus and well worth the convenience
