The residence is really very well located, at the heart of Paris, one block away from Louvre but apart from this, I was disappointed for different aspects: the room we stayed (named Cosy apartment, 4th floor) is a bit tight for a family of 4. The utensils from kitchen are quite old (cups, pans, tools, etc) and definitely need a...

Arriving very late in a city where we do not know anyone and anything seemed to be very scary and difficult but not with our experience with Pelican! We received important mails before our arrival in Paris which made us feel more relaxed and comfortable! We were warmly welcomed by a staff when we got to the venue and he...

We first stayed here September 2014 and loved the location and comfort that we booked again. On first finding the street you wonder what sort of place you have booked but once inside you are welcomed by staff who show you to your room. Depending on which floor you are on the stairs can be a bit tricky especially with...

A very conveniently placed apartment in Paris. The location is less than 10 minutes walking distance from Musee du Louvre and the Metro. There're restaurants and cafes within that block that opens late. We arrived around 9:30pm, helped by the very friendly staff (we had written to them earlier we'd arrive around 9pm. Make sure you write them so there's...

The positioning of this hotel is second to none with The Louvre just a few steps away, easy access to the metro and in a busy area of the city with plenty of choice as far as restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The owners are really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in the apartment on...

Had the top floor apartment. There are 5 flights of stairs to climb...very narrow and steep. Manager was nice enough with things. Apartment needed a bit of tlc like the wooden floor was peeling up in the kitchen due to water damage but that was being fixed. Supermarkets are close at hand and the Louvre is about a 5 minute...

Everything about this place was great! The manager was friendly and accommodating; waiting for us when we got there and even helping to lugs our bags up the spiral stairs (we were on the fifth floor, so it was quite a hike). Our rooms were cleaned regularly, and when check out time came, the manager not only arranged a van...

Stayed in the Cosy apartment on the 4th floor - bit of climb up the windy staircase but that didn't bother us. The apartment was a good size for 3 of us with 2 large beds (one a sofa bed) which were really comfy. There was a kitchen (with washing machine) which we didn't really need as we only there...

Ancient beamed ceilings, narrow stairs, authentic Bohemian Paris ambiance. Although I was ambivalent about booking here at first (reading about the narrow stairs etc.) I decided to go for it because we were a group of 4. We had the first room up, and yes, lovely Shiaab (day manager) did carry our bags up. He is absolutely delightful and couldn't...

Excellent location near the Louve. We had the penthouse, with full kitchen, two showers, and washer/dryer, plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. Cons are 6 flights of stairs and no lobby or staff on off hours, only 11 am to 7 pm or so. But very friendly and helpful.
