The best hotel in Paris! The rooms and service are incomparable. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, and an attentive staff make this hotel a true home away from home. I can't wait to be back in the arms of the Lancaster

Stayed one night for business. Beautiful room. Loved the fact they still use keys! Very attentive and efficient reception and comfortable and clean room. Heard some banging in other rooms but that is a common issue with Parisian hotels and appartments and it didn't bother me too much.

Good location, nice stuff, superb breakfast, very nice valet staff. Overall really good, just need some update in the rooms I beleive. They did some roadwork just outside the hotel, so very difficult to stop with car.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for having taken the time to leave your comments. It was indeed a pleasure to read that you were satisfied with our services and enjoyed your stay with us. I am however very concerned by your remark regarding the roadworks in the street. Those works are temporary (for a few days) and independant from...

Many reviews on this site are quite subjective, especially it seems the negative ones. They caused me needless apprehension about this choice of hotel. I am glad to have stayed there as I found it to be a lovely property with exceptional service. It is historic, comfortable, relaxing and on a very pleasing scale (i.e. it is not large and...

Stayed in a one bedroom suite. If you're looking for a large American-style hotel with all of the amenities (i.e. pool, gym, etc.), this ain't it. If you're looking for a cozy, intimate high-end boutique hotel, this is your place. Classic furniture, large room, 1st class service & food. Bottle of chilled champagne greets you when you step into the...

My second visit to the hotel was even better than the first. Service is outstanding and the location, off the Champs Elysee, can't be beat. The beds and linens are great and you are made to feel like an honored guest.

Unfortunately, after several good stay this one was not as good. Upon arriving at mid morning there was no bellman to be found. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to sleep. You...

The location is excellent, near the Champs-Elysees street. But the price is very high in some seasons. The breakfast is poor, so I don't recommend it. I had a reservation by the Leading Hotel of the World website. My room was upgraded to Junior Suite.

“We booked thru American Express platinum - the fine hotels program and had upgraded rooms and champagne. Lovely hotel and would return. Allister, the door man was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were large and immaculate. Clarins bath products and very nice breakfast. I recommend highly - we did a long weekend and the location was great for seeing the city. Close to arch and shopping. Beautifully quaint yet high end. Such a great walking city and so much to see. ”

“I have no advice, as I did not see any of the other rooms.”
  • Safe only accessible by kneeling and viewing a few inches above floor level. Drop not enough to
  • Only other cupboard has no shelves.
  • The sink looked as though it suffered from an unpleasant infection
  • No space in the sink area or bathroom for a reasonable amount of toiletries needed for 3 nights.

“ No TV to watch if you have half a brain. Very biased news agencies only like CNN. I can't stand that deplorable rhetoric. They need to get Russian TV or Fox News. The employees were over-the-top being friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable. The entire hotel was very clean. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful . There was a little bit of construction on the street but you never heard of anything. The breakfasts were very good and it was nice to just come back to the bar and have a quiet drink before going to beds They had great recommendations for dinner each night. And the other clientele to stay there he was very respectful and seemed family oriented”
