Very friendly and helpful personnel; very comfy beds, clean room. Cute area to stay in, lots of special boutiques and great restaurants. Close to Montmartre and sacré cœur. Would recommend it to friends.

The Hotel is in a good location and fairly easy to find, there are quite a few unsavoury looking characters lining the streets of the main road, but we had no issues. First impressions of the hotel were not great. We arrived on a Saturday and was greeted by scaffolding and repair work to the facade that will go on,...

I stayed in this hotel over Christmas. Nearly all the staff were very welcoming and helpful...also knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The room was fantastic, super comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with a large shower. Great wardrobe space, full length mirror and a fridge. We also had a make shift balcony as there was work being done so there was scaffolding...

Great location, great coffee place/restaurant, and bar right across the street, a corner store at the end of the street with a tobacconist, several restaurants close by make this an ideal choice for travellers on a budget to Paris. The trendy Monmatre area is just walking distance away. The Gard du Nord is close by. The hotel is clean, the...

The small hotel was a lovely stay just around the corner from lively area but still peaceful. The hotel is located in between two Metro stops that will bring you almost anywhere you want to go in Paris. We saw nearly all of Paris from here and were still only around the corner from the nightlife area. We had a good...

It's a good hotel in a sublime area but the rooms are a bit small. For a business trip is perfect. The breakfast should be better though. The service was so good. Kind people. The Sacré Cour and le Moulin Rouge are so close from the hotel.

After two weeks in Normandy, we had a week in Paris in Villa Margaux end of August/beginning September. First of all the staff is very friendly, especially the receptionists were more than helpful and seeing our Family with three kids they recommended not to take the breakfast option (12€ per day and person) but rather to go a few steps...

The hotel is exactly as rated, it's average. We stayed in a room for 3 and it was rather small for the three of us, the bathroom had a glass door which was a bit unusual. It was clean enough but there was a broken fridge in the room that was full of dead ants.

Our Hotel room (no. 62) was very nice, roomy by Paris standards. Very clean and clearly recently renovated. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful - even offering to print out any e-tickets for us. Location was perfect - near metro lines with easy changes to main attractions and great location in Pigalle for restaurants and bars. Handy to Montmartre...

We stayed on the first floor The metro was a little loud in our room. The room was small but very clean. We had a cot that was very uncomfortable but they changed it for a small bed so it was all good. I liked that the front desk was open all night. It was a good price.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
