Hello, I went to this establishment in April to run the Paris Marathon. I was very well received, the room was well equipped, comfortable bed, I appreciated the fact that breakfast was served from 6 a.m. for marathon runners. The hotel was in a great location about a 15 minute walk from the start. On the other hand, the possibility of being able to take a shower after the race would have been nice. I was asked for an additional €50 to keep the room until 3 p.m. I think that was a bit excessive. I run the Paris Marathon every year, the hotels that have hosted me until now have never refused me access to the shower, they were even organized by leaving a room on the ground floor for the marathon runners can go back and take a shower before leaving without asking for an extra euro. Sincerely

This was a trip we took for both the Olympics and our pre wedding getaway. This place exceeded our expectations as it was priced quite low. The cleaning was maintained during our stay, the facilities were great and the room was equiped with L’Occitane products which was a nice touch. The dim lighting created a romantic ambience and overall the room felt cosy and clean. Highly recommend.

The room is a little small (it's Paris!) but very comfortable, very good bedding, there is a safe, the small kettle with tea bags was very useful to me. The staff is attentive and at your service, always answering the phone. The hotel location is in a small building allowing calm and good rest and at the same time the area is well served by transport (bus and tram) and easy to find the café or bistro as well as the small Carrefour market and Franprix located 5 minutes walk.

The pictures of the rooms here motivated us to book. The hotel is a bit old, the rooms are small and the overall impression is quite dark. Dark brown carpets and dark brown walls everywhere. The bathroom is tiny, as is the toilet. The service is friendly and the rooms are immaculately cleaned. Breakfast can be booked for €15.00 per person. You can help yourself to the buffet, but the selection is small, but OK. There is a café nearby where a croissant, coffee, baguette and orange juice costs €12.00. Conclusion: we would not book here again, also because it is too far from the city and the metro journeys are long.

This hotel is less than 100 metres from the Metro which gives it quick and regular trains to all of the usual tourist attractions. Situated in a quiet mews it is just a short walk from many restaurants and bars. Lovely, helpful people took great care of us and the house keeping staff deserve a special mention for the fastidious attention to daily cleaning and hygiene, thank you so much.

And comfortable beds. You can iron your shirt if needed, and if you forget something in your room, they take care of it. Check-in is at 3 pm, and early check-in is available for an extra fee of 50 EUR.

Hotel is just as advertised. Check-in and out was easy. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and the front desk was always patient and kind in response to our inquiries. Very good location with easy access to the metro. My first visit to Paris, but it won't be my last!

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for his 30th birthday. We stayed for 4 nights in total. The first night was ok, didn’t sleep great as the bed is small and room feels claustrophobic. The second night, we complained twice about the noise from another room. My boyfriend and I both have serious health issues and we need our sleep or we will become sick. As an apology, the hotel gave us a small plastic/inedible cake, and a bottle of an unknown yellow substance. On the third night, there were people stood at the entrance of the hotel, directly below our window, drinking coffee and talking/laughing. My boyfriend called reception twice at 3.30am and there was no answer. He then had to get dressed in the middle of the night to go to the reception to tell them about the noise. No apology following this. On the fourth night, we had the same issue with the noise outside the window. I called reception at 4.10am, and the person I spoke to totally denied that there was any noise. I said “there is someone there on a bike talking to someone sitting there”. I was outright accused of lying that there was noise, but the receptionist then asked the people to move on which is highly contradictory. We had to catch up on sleep each morning which meant we missed a lot of our time in Paris. We were offered a different room for one night, but we were so exhausted that we physically wouldn’t have been able to pack and unpack our bags again due to our ill health. Upon check out, we requested a refund, and a very ignorant receptionist called his colleague down. She was a younger lady, and he basically was too much of a coward to tell us that management had refused our refund request, so got this lady to do it instead. We continued to complain and explained how much our stay had ruined our holiday, and this man didn’t even look us in the eye whilst we were talking to him, and continued with his tasks on the desk. We haven’t requested a full refund, just a partial one. Ignorant, money making management, with no care for good customer service.

Stayed here at the start of October whilst attending a trade event. Location being close to the metro made for ease of travel around the city and the staff were always friendly and attentive. On the day I arrived the lift was not working but they insisted on carrying my case to my door which was appreciated. Breakfast was straightforward and pleasent and room always clean and well presented. This was great for a business stay or for couples who are looking to use as a base to tour Paris. Communication from the moment I booked was responsive and helpful

Wonderful stay and would stay there again. Location wise close to a grocery, restaurants, and across the street from a Metro stop/Bus stop and it’s being renovated but fully open. We walked to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower (1 and 2.3 miles). The hotel is tucked in a street that dead ends and appreciated how quiet it was not being of a busy street. The room was very comfortable and roomy enough and a nice modern bathroom, (really enjoyed a hot shower after walking everywhere). Lots of plugs for electronics, needs adapter but there were also USB chargers. Fridge well stocked with drinks of all kinds. The breakfast was a buffet from cereals to pastries to meat and cheese charcuterie. Really nice coffee maker. We felt that everyone was very helpful and quite made us feel very welcome. When our arriving flight was cancelled we were able to adjust our stay and it was very easy to stay in contact via phone or email.

We checked in around 1:30 pm and it was fine. The front desk was very nice. I’m sure if you show up and the room isn’t ready yet they will hold your bags.
