I had just one night in Paris and chose the Napoleon. I found a charming boutique hotel with all the expected facilities, what I also found was a service team that really went the extra yards to make me feel welcome and to make every aspect of my stay a positive one. My room was lovely with rooftop views across...

The hotel is in the best possible location, 1min walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The style is classic but you can see that the whole building has been recently refurbished up to perfection. The staff is always kind and extremeley helpful (not a given in Paris...), and they always go the extra mile in order to help. The rooms...

I just stayed at Hotel Napoleon and I loved it. I have never stayed at a friendlier hotel. Each staff member I met, including housekeepers in the elevator, greeted my husband and I with genuine smiles and wanted to be sure we were happy and had all we needed. The hotel is historic but inside, brand new and beautiful. There...

The hotel was in a great location, right by the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel was very nice, and the room was immaculately clean. I was given a smoking room at first without being asked, which was mildly annoying, but they were able to change my room quickly.

Hotel Napoleon offered exactly what we were looking for during our March 7-10, 2017, stay in Paris. Great location, just a half block from the Arc de Triomphe, helpful staff and a comfortable, nicely decorated room. Highly recommend.

They are very good. Their customer support and services are extremely helpful and excellent. The only thing is they have to improve and ask their workers at the restaurant specially breakfast time to be more smiley. A few were not. I could rate them 5 but the only reason is the restaurant staff.

Superb hotel and exceptional location. Absolutely perfect for first timer in Paris, you will get your bearings very quickly, Nice decor, efficient and welcoming staff, great bar and wonderful breakfast although not cheap. Ask for a room in the back, or a high floor. Even with a very efficient sound proofing the Friedland Ave. could be a little noisy...but...you will...

I really enjoyed staying here. Set in the old days but with all the modern luxuries. Location was walking distance to all the shopping areas and tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly. Fireplace was a definite plus on those cold days.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Behind the history of the hotel, hides a love story.... The love story between a rich Russian businessman, Alexander Pavlovich Kliaguine, and a young french student who first met at a "literature salon" in 1928. It was love at first sight. In order to introduce her to Parisian "high society" at the time, he bought a hotel in the prestigious 8th arrondissement and gave it to her as a wedding present. Still today the hotel belongs to the Kliaguine family. Today, following a large renovation program, the hotel is proud to announce its 5th star. With its unique location, just a short walk away from the Champs-Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe, the Hotel Napoleon is one of the most legendary hotels of the city: a fine address to discover and rediscover. Our 52 rooms and 50 Suites are all designed in the Empire style with newly refurbished and modernized colors. A Parisian atmosphere still remains in the Hotel. The Napoleon includes also a Bar- Restaurant: the Bivouac Cafe, 8 meeting spaces and a fitness room. ... more   less
