Very poor customer service from the manager when challenged! We relied on their advice regarding taxi journeys - they got it wrong. We missed out on the first thirty minutes of a very expensive special planned event, the hotel manger was defensive rather than apologetic....More
We stayed here using our SPG points for 4 nights so didn't pay anything and therefore reviewing accordingly.
Overall, we had a great stay as the room was nice and location great. It is accessible to 3 subway stations (1, 12 and 13 I think)...More
Great hotel with perfect location.
The rooms are clean, good size and have amazing beds.
The bathroom is big and nice.
Love the staff, they are really service-minded and made our stay perfect.
My absolute favourite in Paris.
Located in a quiet place, the hotel is well maintained and the rooms are spacious with all amenities expected. Nothing really to complain. Only missing part is the lack of fitness room. Staff is nice. Breakfast is of good qualities.
The place to be whenever you are in Paris, close to all attractions With the greatest, professional, and sweetest staff ! from manager Valerie, to receptionist France, and the rest of the team.. They made our 4 nights just memorable! Thank You!

This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This
neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
