The hotel is near Lafayette, Louve and other places of interest. I can see the Eiffel Tower!. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Room was quite small, as expected for a budget hotel. Shower was great. I like their soap dispenser.

We normally stay in Airbnbs when traveling because we like being able to cook but we decided to try hoteling it this time because it was a short trip. We absolutely loved it. The hotel was clean, cosy, and extremely comfortable (especially the bed!). The staff were very pleasant and best of all, they surprised us with some champagne and...

Staff, Staff, Staff. Excellent. I didn't hear the "no"' word once. Great location. Not far from main attractions. Just 2 minute walking distance from Metro station and bus stop .There is direct bus service Eiffel Tower. Room rates also very reasonable for Paris. Really Value for money. Close to the underground and lots of restaurants and bars. Only a short walk to Montmartre. Hotel room is small but fine for 1 person and breakfast is very good. Overall recommend as a budget option for staying in Paris.

Room small but as others have commented, this is Paris. Unfortunately I had to screw the legs fully into the bed as they were all loose causing the bed to collapse when I first sat down. Clean room but housekeeping weren't keen on emptying the bin for some reason. We had a very quiet room facing the cemetery which allowed...

I stayed on of the upper floors, which I believe contain the more expensive rooms, but the value for money was still good by Paris standards. Attractive, comfortable room with a view of the (distant) Eiffel Tower. Comfortable bed. Location is next to the Cimitière de Montmartre and a short walk to Pigalle and Montmartre itself. Close to the Place...

After our stay at the same hotel in February that was great, We had no hesitation to book there again. However we were very disappointed to find the standards had dropped. Some of the front of house staff give the impression they are doing a job they are too good for. The best and most helpful were the breakfast team, excellent...

Easy access to metro and buses. Although the rooms are small, it is comfortable and clean. There are no coffee facilities in the rooms. The windows are locked and cannot open. That is a pity, as I prefer fresh air. There is a funicular that take you to the top of Montmartre, but it is also a pleasurable walk. We...

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
