Dear Sir, Thank you for your comment on Tripadvisor. Upon your departure, our housekeeper told us about a small broken reading light and traces of red felt on the cushions, curtains and duvet in your room. The rooms are made daily and controlled very seriously for the comfort and safety of our guests. Upon arrival, you have signed the Registration...

Great communication from the hotel before our stay, offering help with everything from airport pickups to suggestions for tourist attractions and dining options. Easy to find from the Metro, just a short walk along the Champs Elysees. Great welcome from the concierge Christopher, with the offer of coffee or tea in the comfortable reception area. Room was small but perfectly...

This hotel and there staff were wonderful!! From the moment we checked in we loved everything about it! The rooms are on the smaller size but that is a norm in Paris. The rooms are decorated nicely and impeccably clean!!! Christopher the conceige is extremely tentative and can basically accommodate anything you want to do or may need to make...

The hotel was nice and the location is perfect. You can achieve most important sightseeings in short time by walking. All personnel in hotel was really kind. Although is in city centre location is peaceful and no noise in night.

Me and my girlfriend enjoy our stay for the weekend, everything is good than we expected, clean and beautiful view. The Hotel was really nice, well decorated and clean. The room was really big if for Paris standards. We travelled with our 4yo son and his bed was also nice and comfortable. The hotel is really close from Arc du Triumph (100m) but in a calm street. Even if we didn't enjoy it it's possible to use a "dinner room"...

This hotel was a joy to stay at from the minute we walked through the door till we checked out. We had Christopher help us organise tours and they were amazing and good value. Our room was a veranda room which was on the top floor and very quiet considering you are a step from the champs Élysées. Small fridge...
