This is a quaint and basic little hotel in an excellent location. Clean but small, compact rooms and the staff are friendly. A major drawback is no air con and it gets very hot but this is dependant on the rooms and where they face. We had two rooms, one was doable but the ther www sweltering and there was... More

We stayed at the hotel only for one night because we needed to catch a train from Saint Lazare train station which is on the other side of the road. The hotel altogether is fine: the room is quite small with basic forniture and the bathroom is new and extremely clean with a full range of amenities including a sponge... More

Where to begin? There is no pool as advertised, no ventilation or air conditioning at all- and this was during the peak holiday time in August and it was scaldingly hot every day. There was a fan provided BUT it was seriously unsafe the way it was plugged into the wall- the socket was loose and there was a big... More

We've chosen the hotel for its location near the conservatory and music shops. The staff is very nice and friendly, rooms are a bit small but comfortable and cosy, the bathroom was clean. The location is good. A few mins walk to Saint Lazzare station and bus stops. Walking distance to Monmartre and Sacre Cœur. Very close to the conservatory... More

I wish I could be giving a better review. Actually the hotel didn't dissapoint me, the room was good, cleaning service was great and location really helped. Regarding the room, it was small, not a lot of space for luggage, but worked fine overall. The bathroom was pretty big compared to the size of the room, but the shower was... More

Dear Sir, We are really sorry that your stay does not feel well. Our staff is professional and was always very pleasant with our guests, unfortunately, during your stay it was a person in training professional whom we did not keep. Best Regards, D. Marco, Management. More

Worst hotel during my 3 week travels through Europe. Staff: very unfriendly, could barely get a "good morning" from the morning front desk young woman, not much better at night. Location: sketchy; across the street from hotel there is a feeding of homeless people each evening, good social program but makes for a questionable safety issue for the area. NOTE:... More

Dear Madam, Your comments are very hard with us, I think that you made a mistake about your hotel reservation, you would have book a 4 star hotel or a luxury Palace, because you showed an outstanding exigeance and you criticizing our staff who is are welcoming and professional, it is obvious when our desk clerk says you hello three... This is my second solo trip to Paris and the second time I've stayed at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was nice, I like the location and the breakfast was great. If you have any problems or questions the manager there is very helpful. I'll be going back in a few months, to Paris... More

Hotel de Geneve is located in an excellent neighbourhood, 5 minutes from Galeries Lafayette. There are tons of shops and restaurants within footsteps of the hotel and Champs-Elysees is a 10 minute walk. When we arrived we checked in quickly and found our room to be clean and ready for us. The room was small and modest and, other than... More

Hotel Geneve is in a great location, 1 block away from St Lazare, easy access. The area has some great restaurants, and easy walking distance from sights. The hotel is really clean, the beds comfortable. Room is normal "small size" for Paris.
