My wife and I, along with our 17-year-old daughter, stayed at the Residence du Pre for a week in April 2017 and very much enjoyed our stay there. The hotel staff was exceptional—they were professional, friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. All the front desk staff speaks English very well, which was helpful as we only speak a...

Friendly staff, and nice location near to Metro and busses. Within walking distance of Gare du Nord and Gare Est. Good breakfast buffet. Clean room and good beds. Close to cosy local cafes and restaurants, for good food and a little drink.

Just down the road from Sacre Coeur and close to Metro line and Gard du Nord this was an ideal hotel for a city break. Friendly staff and comfortable good sized rooms. The stairs are quite narrow for a large bag but there is the small elevator if you need it.

My wife and I stayed here for a romantic weekend away. Everything was superb, particularly the service. The receptionist Caroline was very accommodating, even saving some breakfast for us when we arrived in the late morning. She organised a beautiful boat trip for us along the Seine, and offered to get us tickets to the hottest shows in Paris. Highly...

Me and my wife stayed for a week in February, and we loved the place. It was about 10 minutes walking distance from Gare Du Nord train station in a quiet narrow street. Close to Sacre Coeur and Monmarte and about 2-3 minutes walk from the Poissoniere metro station. There was also a couple of good restaurant around the area....

We stayed in room 11 on the first floor. It was quite large by European standards. There is an small elevator. The bed linens were changed every day and the bathroom was tidied up daily. There was plenty of heat and hot water. The hotel is 8-10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, 4 minute walk to the local subway...

Since I came to Paris exclusively to see the Vermeer (2017) exhibition, all I needed was a no-frills base for two nights, more or less near the Louvre. I found the Du Pre much more than expected. Despite I must have been looking pretty ragged after a (harrowing) 17-hour train-ride originating in Rome when I dragged myself through the door,...

I keep returning to this nice residence. It's my favorite because of the great value for your money and very friendly staff. It's very close to one of the main train stations and also a nice 25-30 minute walk to the river. The breakfast is also well priced and worth taking. One small thing to take into account, if you...

We requested for early check in and they complied. There are 2 other sister properties on the same block but this one is right next to the ibis hotel. We got a triple and the room was small but comfortable. The elevator fits 2 people or 1 person with a big suitcase. We were there for 1 week. The windows...

A nice little hotel with basic amenities, great for a short break. Small room but nice and clean with comfy bed. Staff were lovely. Great location with close metro links and everything in reasonable walking distance (if you don't mind a walk!). Quiet street and seemed like a safe neighbourhood. We walked back after midnight and felt safe. We did...
