I have to combine my business trip with some relaxing hours to enjoy Paris. It was a perfect location and foot distance to 16th arr, as well as to Eiffel and beautiful walk by Seine. Easy check in, very polite and helpfull staff, clean rooms and regular renewall of coffee amd tea supplies make mt stay very comfortable

you are paying for the location, to see the touristy side of paris this is ideal right under the shadow of the tower, as for the hotel average at best, breakfast mediocre ,we were only their 3 nights and housekeeping didn`t turn up so ran out of towels that we were using to mop up the water from the leaking wash hand basin that we reported and was never fixed. cracked tiles in bathroom, coffee maker was dirty , bed was comfy and plenty of hot water for showers

I haven’t given this less as to be fair, the hotel was clean and presentable, nothing special but ok. However, they were extremely poor in terms of service in my opinion. I was on business for 3 days and I didn’t have lots of spare time there. I asked three times with reception for an iron and ironing board which never materialised so gave up and made do. It was also 27 degrees so wanted to use the temperature control in the room, it was very uncomfortable. This didn’t work which again was not rectified. I gave up mentioning the defective flickering light in the bathroom or that lifts were always really slow and busy as one was clearly out which is a pain on the 9th floor for the sake of appearing to moan about everything! When I raised this on checking out was offered a free breakfast which was of no use as I was leaving to go to breakfast with colleagues. The hotel isn’t cheap as is close to the Eiffel Tower, even though this got flagged to the manager, there appeared to be very little sincere concern. I pointed out, I asked for two things and they failed on both and did not appear to sincerely care. I did ask for the room rate to reflect the service which was declined even by the hotel manager, so guess this reflects they really don’t care. I was very polite in giving my feedback. I had to pay on arrival so I had no where to go with this and why I’m making this review for others!

Great location just a two block walk to the Eiffel tower. One block to the Seine river. From this location we were able to walk to most of the major sites in Paris. Hotel staff was great. Rooms were decent size for European standards. The bathroom and toilet were separate which is great for two people staying together. There was a very small couch that pulled out to a single hide a bed if needed. Some rooms have views of the Eiffel tower.

Bad experience, worst hotel in Europe I ever have, no privacy whatsoever, they want to come in your room as they like, even I hang out the tag “Privacy please, come back later”, but they still come in, one afternoon I was in the washroom, suddenly someone open my door, then I scream, then the guy left, I was very scared and shocked. I call the front desk that someone broke into my room without my permission, their excuse is that they want to refill the minibar, but they even didn’t knock the door. I was so angry, and scared of this hotel, next morning when I go out for breakfast, I put the sign “Privacy please “, but they still get into my room. I was so SHOCKED and Scared of this kind of hotel, afterwards, I come back to my room again, and use my bathroom as usual, but they keep knocking my door 3 times when I was pooing, how come I can let a stranger come to my room when I was in the bathroom. Bad Hotel Bad Service The 1st night I arrived, the Front desk staff even not friendly and helpful, no one help me for the luggage. Terrible Hotel I even had I cannot expressed How ANGRY and SCARED of this Hotel experience I ever had in my Life It ruin my Mood of my leisure trip Seems I need to struggle with this television man when they knock my door 3 times within an hour, I felt exhausted and want to cry at that time, how come I choose a hotel like that, they knocked the door 3 times in an hour and even the front desk call my room, at that time, I just want to escape and leave this hotel as soon as possible. For my leisure trip experience so many years, I didn’t get this kind of experience. I was so scared……… Never choose this Hotel.
