This small hotel in the heart of the 17th arrondissement has everything you need in Paris: a room (small, but clean) and a convenient location for transport (Metro 3 literally around the corner, and a bus stop 5 minutes away feet) and to the main services (cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, etc.)
The staff was kind and when we returned in the evening, the room was always clean and tidy.

Hotel located near the Pereire metro station as well as local restaurants/bars. However, from our room, the surroundings were quite noisy. In addition we had two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed initially planned and the cleanliness of the bathroom undoubtedly needs to be improved. Very friendly and welcoming staff!

Pros: Clean hotel, very friendly staff, comfortable bedding, good sized room, nice temperature, no smell as in many other hotels.
Cons:
In the room I occupied on the 1st floor above a restaurant you can hear far too much street noise despite the double glazing.
The curtain is very thick, perfect, but the street light passes over it so that the room is far too bright once the light goes out.
There's no way to empty the bathtub other than by removing the bung by hand.
The button to use the shower remained in my hand before flying in the bathroom, it was necessary to tinker with the time to rinse and then screw the button back in once out of the shower.
Above all, and there the hotel is not there for nothing, there was a party (on a Monday night), apparently in the restaurant below, with very loud music until 1am, a little less loud (but enough not to fall asleep) between 1am and 1:30am... and then the coup de grace they vacuumed for 20 minutes! We stayed for two nights and loved it. I really reccomend this hotel. The location is good and the rooms are nice and clean. The reception crew is very welcoming, luggage is stowed in a very safe manor. Great service.

The front desk gentlemen were serving such nice customer service. We felt very welcomed. They both know how to speak English which made our life much easier since we spoke very little french.
They have cleaning people every morning. Everything was clean. It is located very close to the airport bus station. (It took us 20 minutes by foot.) Since they offer affordable prices, we tried to support their business by saving water and towel.
