Came to Paris for a show, and this was great value for money. You get what you pay for, the room was small, but can't complain it was just what we needed. Comfortable stay and its very secure. It is quite far away from things so Bus/Taxi is needed if you want to see the city. Can't fault the staff,...

I have spent two nights here. Small friendly hotel. The rooms I stayed in were small but very clean. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. As is always the case in Paris. I would stay there again if I was in the same area of the city.

Staff were friendly and helpful (two ladies and one gentelman) & metro stations are near. BUT small room, no elevator in the hotel & you have to carry your luggage using stairs, the room was dusty, No air conditioner in room! Very noisy neighborhood, no net on windows to prevent bugs coming inside!

Reasonable price for a 3 star hotel on the outskirts of France. Our 4 day stay was trouble free and all we needed (except kettle) was on hand in the room. Very close to Metro line 1 into central Paris and there are plenty of places within walking distance to get a reasonably priced meal (well for Paris just after...

We stayed here for 4 nights while in the city for the Ireland v Sweden game at Euro 2016. They were accommodating when I asked for a room with three beds in it, however it was on the very top floor which was a lot of stairs with baggage. They had mentioned this to me before arrival though. It was...

We stayed Saturday night having gone away for the weekend to watch the wales v Ireland game. We arrived in Paris early in the morning and at the hotel at 7am. We were told that we were welcome to check in. We had two rooms and both were clean and tidy. The gentleman that had checked us in and out...

Hotel Le Twelve is well described by the word basic. No frills, but adequate. It was short on room in the toilet and shower. Larger people might be a bit sqeazy. The service was great. The location is fair.

Hotel Le Twelve sits a 2 min amble from Porte be Vincennes Metro (line 1). It is out of the tourist areas, but the beauty of this position is the yellow metro line 1 takes you right back there. It is also just a few stops from Gare de Lyon. The rooms are small, like most Parisian hotel rooms, but...

Old place with rooms very very small. Poor facilities.. Not suggested for drivers.. The only parking avalable is very very far.. You have to walk half an hour. Sometime under the rain (taxis don't help you - to short distance for them) In the room there are lot of rumors coming from other rooms (you can hear everything) ... Difficult...
