Hotel with perfect location. Lot of reataurants in the area. Quite big rooms for Paris. Some noie from road if you face the bif Rue la Fayette. 15 minutes walk fron Gare du Nord. Witin walking distance to Louvre and other museums. Alså close to metro. Friendly english speaking staff. Smll bar at hotel.
Good service, great staff overall, although they did seem keen to get us out of our room on the last day with housekeeping knocking after 11 more than once when check out was 12. Also there is an transit of ants in the corner of room we stayed at on the 6th floor that we were in. They didn't bother us so we didn't bother them but probably would swerve a return visit. I'm not sure this location is one we would choose again.
Had everything I needed. Yes the rooms are on the small size compared to North America, but I was using it to sleep and shower, not gymnastics. The only thing of note was that the shower has no door , just glass for half the length so water splashes out on to the floor - seems to be common throughout Europe though or at least the places I've been.
Very friendly desk staff and very clean rooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size. Between myself and family we had 3 different rooms and they all exceeded our expectations. All 3 had a balcony or window view and although it was in the distance we could see the Eiffel Tower which was an unexpected plus!
Very comfy beds and enough space in the room. The breakfast was nice even though the room is a little small. The staff are all very polite and helpful. We enjoyed a free drink on arrival in the bar. Would recommend. Location not too far from gard du nord and the centre.
room was clean, beds were fine breakfast okay, but a lot of extra money. The breakfast room is very muggy. Not a nice beginning of the day. Very nice staff. good location, walking distance from the station lounge needs some upgrading
It was great stay. The location is great. 2 minute from metro station.Staff was very kind and friendly. Room was clean and quite big size. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel credit to the the team and the management, will come back next July.
The staff was very helpful (specifically Georges) and the facilities were clean. All for a good price. I forgot to book the room with two names (separate beds) and the front desk quickly found a solution. The front desk was easy to communicate with in English too.
The room was good and everything was quite clean. It was a bit noise from the street and you could hear your neighbor rooms if they were loud, but nothing too bad. But when it came to the service at the reception, it was really not nice. In the 3 or 4 interactions that we had, people were rude, harsh and even seemed annoyed by our questions. It actually gave a really unpleasant felling for the stay at his hotel
The room was comfortable and well isolated. When we arrived it smelled a recent painting, that was disturbing and we almost had to ask to switch room. Breakfast was tasty and the staff very considered
