Centrally located off the Champs Elysees, room was small that was to be expected in Paris. The headboard and carpet were stained and looked out of place. Need to be replaced or steam cleaned. Excellent staff and service could not fault them.

The one good thing about this hotel is it's location. Other than that, I can't think of another reason to stay there again. The lift was out of order one of the 2 day's that we were there. The lobby area is very stuffy. Our bedroom was small but sufficient. The bathroom was just too small and we couldn't use... More

Very poor room. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Europe, staying at nine different hotels/apartments.This was by far the worst we encountered, and in my 35 years of travel in Australia, it would rate as one of the worst I have been at. In the middle of their summer, we had a room with no air conditioning and the only... More

We stayed here for a few days for the Tour De France and had a really good time. The location is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe and a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were great, really friendly and spoke perfect English, we were in room 302 which was an... More

This place was quite well located, but for sure isn't on or even too near Champs Elysees. The room I had was beyond the garden out back and frankly was 'poky'. Couldn't open door fully as the bed was in the way, and the only place I could find room to unfold the ironing board was in the bathroom. Staff... More

Stayed there for 2 nights. Room rates were not inline with the quality of product offered. I was assigned a room in the old building (like a backyard extension building.) Room has a musky smell. It is also very dark and room is poorly maintained. When asked why no bedroom slippers and toothbrush, I was told it's normal. Well, it's... More

What one would expect in Paris & nothing more. A small hotel near to the main sightseeing attractions of this city. Staff were pleasant, however they denied having any knowledge of the "package inclusions" that appear on their website & on the reservation. The package should have included a Paris Pass or The City Bag Mercure but was nothing was... More

The hotel is just ok. Clean and staff is attentive. Rooms are really small. Elevator is too small and confusing, because it´s between floors, so you have to go up or down in the stairs. Breakfast is expensive for what it serves, if its not included in the rate. But, there are a market 1 block away and also a... More

The hotel is situated in an expensive part of Paris and close to the AirFrance coaches and metro. The hotel is in a tradiation Parisian apartment block occupying 5 floors with a lift (elevator). Our first impression of the hotel is that it is in need of a coat of paint and new carpets. Numerous small things signal "neglect". That said, location is excellent, staff helpful, rooms are small (it is Paris after all), but clean. Our initial room had a fault with the shower door. Once reported, we were moved without question.
