We stay many times at the Baltimore, and where always happy, but on our last visit we had a room in poor condition, mattress was bad, safety box numbers missing, kettle had a broken lid, sink was plug up, both drawers were broken, the door in the bathroom all water stains. The staff on the front desk is always pleasant...

Hotel Baltimore is nice hotel. Its greatest strength is the very helpful and pleasant staff, everybody from the reception staff to the bartenders. The hotel is quite small, which is not a bad thing. The location is not perfect. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, but far away from the city centre (Louvre, Place Vendome, Opera, the shopping streets,...

Stayed at the Baltimore to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday...found the staff excellent, my wife was suffering from a very bad knee(she had it replaced a week later) the staff always moved quickly to help her down the three steps leading from the lifts down to the reception area....and I must add it was all the staff not just one...

I have reserved for a week at this hotel for an upcoming stay. I have sent them 3 emails through their portal which is very laborious, regarding my reservation, and from which I have received aknowledgement receipt from the hotel but no one had the decency to answer any of my emails as of now ( more than 15 days...

We stayed at the Hotel Baltimore throughout Valentines week and it made our trip that whole lot special. From the initial greeting to the last goodbye's the customer service that we received from the Reception staff and the Restaurant staff was out of this world, never before have I received such high levels of customer service. The room was cosy...

I stayed in the Hotel Baltimore for 2 nights this February and it was a brilliant decision! The location is perfect! Just a short stroll to The Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées; plus lots of little eateries, cafes and brasseries nearby. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was gorgeous. We did have to ask to...

We visited Baltimore in Paris during a gloomy season, but the hotel made the trip better. The hotel was clean and seemed to be organized well. Receptionist was kind and yes, everyone spoke English. Never during our stay did I have bad customer service here. The room was big in Parisian standards. Bathroom was great, with a bathtub and separate...

We spent a week here, this month . We thought that he staff - from management, front desk, housekeeping, dining- was superb. Every request was rapidly fulfilled and the hotel anticipated our needs as well. Nice hotel in central location close to Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions. The hotel is small but cosy. Staying in Trocadero

Neighbourhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendour, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
