As my wife and I unloaded our luggage in the pouring rain at about 11 p.m., the night clerk watched us from the window at the reception desk and had absolutely no words of welcome for us. That was our introduction to Eiffel Kennedy Hotel. We have traveled through Europe and are accustomed to the hotels but this one was...

The hotel Eiffel Kennedy is located in an elegant, quiet, safe area of Paris, about 20 mins walk from the Eiffel tower. Excellent bus and RER/Metro links make it easy to get into and, just as importantly at the end of the day, out of the city centre. If you walk out of the hotel and turn right up the...

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is small, which is typical in Paris, but the room is very clean. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood and a very nice 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Definitely recommend the Eiffel to family and friends.

Stayed at the Hotel the night of the England France Rugby World Cup semi final, which we went to ! This Hotel is really nice, clean, smart and very comfortable. Our twin room wasn't big but more than adequate, bathroom was immaculate. It's in a lovely area of Paris not far from the Eiffel tower and the Brasserie on the...

Although now October my wife and I, who are retired along with another retired couple from the UK, all stayed at this hotel for 5 nights Aug.16-20 2007. My wife and I have only just returned home to NZ. This Hotel, which I booked primarily because of the TripAdvisor reviews did not disappoint. It met all our expectations; clean good...

This hotel was a perfect fit for us. We went to Paris to celebrate our 25th wedding aniversary and had a great time. We wanted to stay in a more residential area to better enjoy the local culture and people. The hotel is located accross from a terrific bakery and market. The farmers' market was accross the street on Tuesday...

My sister & I stayed at this hotel the last week of September, 2007. It's a wonderful and quaint hotel at an exceptional value. Simone and Bernard were very helpful to us. This was my first trip to Paris and we had done quite a bit of research to find the right hotel. I was very pleased with our choice!...

The Eiffel Kennedy is a nice hotel. We stayed there for five nights. It's fairly convenient to the major sights, linked by the RER primarily. That made it pretty easy to get to from the CDG airport. At night, we found few of the RER C trains run back to that area, so we did lots of walking. It's about...

We took the RER and metro from the airport and found it surprisingly easy. You need RER line B to gare du nord and its well signposted. On arrival at Ranelagh, the nearest metro to the hotel we asked at the information desk and the attendant explained the way to the hotel. It's only a 5 minute walk. We stayed...

Staying in Trocadero

Neighbourhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendour, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
