We leave the room about 9.30am and we did the check-out, in the end of the check-out (10min later) I realized I had left the clock in the room, When...

I always stay here when I am traveling from the USA home with my cat. We can catch the train home from the Gare d'Austerlitz very easily from here. Everyone is very pet friendly and people friendly. Highly recommened.

Spotless, pleasant, good location. It isn't picturesque but it's perfect for an overnight especially if you have a train at austerlitz the next day. Nice restaurants and small markets on the street Take the air France shuttle from cdg #4 to garr de Lyon Short walk across the bridge.

All of the people who work here have been extremely friendly and helpful. The room(s) have been spotlessly clean. The bed(s) have been very comfortable and the 4 pillows were wonderful. I have not taken part in the breakfast but I looked into the room where it is offered and it looks very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

We booked this hotel as it was near the railway station and it was air-condition . Much to our horror the a/c did not work. Manager said we don't turn them on untill summer! Explained my wife gets claustrophobic. Said leave the window open. On a main road with traffic and metro row to keep you awake all night. Brilliant...

As stated on our website the air conditioning only works during hot periods. During the last weekend, the heat at night in Paris was 16.2C and for that night it is forecast at 11 ° C. Under the terms of the Paris agreements and in order to preserve our Planet, we assume this choice and are sorry that you do...

Booked twin room, they didn't have one, so had to argue to get a solution, they did help, but the twin room was way to small for twin share friends, and the room was very noisy, from outside and next door. Also the hot water did not work for 24 hours in the whole hotel, in the middle of our...

Not luxurious; the room is cramped and the facilities are basic. But as a place to sleep for one person needing to do things for a few days in that part of Paris, it is a very convenient and economical hotel.

A very good stay, surprised over the good english, easy to find in the middle of the night, very near Gare de Austerlitz, good clean room, a good bed and fine toilet. No disturbing night sounds from the hotel. Breakfast far over french standard. Neatr to good restaurants outside the hotel. Looking for a reason to come back !

very comfortable bed in a not-so-big but nicely designed room. Sliding door with big mirror on the bathroom entrance. Very quiet (at least the 3 days I was staying there). Great breakfast in a large, luminous room. Good point: the electric water boiler on a tablet, and convenient lights and electric outlets.

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighbourhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
