Great, helpful and friendly stuff. Clean and beautiful room but small bathroom. Very nice hotel and close to the metro station. The room was also comfy and warm. Good neighbourhood even though it was a busy road.
It was an okay stay. The location is good, you *can* walk to nearly all the major attractions (I should know, they were on a transport strike when I was there!), but I chose this location due to the proximity to a Metro station (two lines), which I unfortunately didn't get to use. The Pigalle neighborhood was, uhm, unexpected (for a lack of a better word). There is a store around the corner and a lot of kebab places. Like I said, the location is good. We stayed there with an infant (7 months old) which was our mistake, there is no kitchen available and I don't think they generally assume small babies will stay here. At least, they offered nothing to assist or make the stay more pleasurable for them. The service varied greatly between staff. Some were great, others the exact opposite. Would I recommend staying here? Sure; it's not expensive and the location is good, but I will not stay there again.…
Nice hotel Close to metro but also if you like walking everything is less than an hour away . Room was a good size clean and comfy. The bathroom was OK a bit cramped if 2 of you were in there but still large enough. The shower was good nice and hot. Friendly staff. Just a couple of negatives. Information says kettle on request. I asked for one but was told I could only have hot water which I wasn't going to do being on the 3rd floor and you had to buy pods for coffee machine. The biggest thing wrong tho not the fault of the hotel as it is the area it is in. It is situated by bars and clubs so was VERY noisy in the early hours with drunken people coming out and music blaring I did not get a lot of sleep the 5 days we stayed so take ear plugs if like me you are a light sleeper. Overall a pleasant stay …
Friendly staff, Clean room and bathroom, breakfast includes everything you need, Very good coffee, small townhotel, close to Bus and Metro Station, nearby a couple of Bars and Restaurants in one Word a really Nixe townhotel
Truly can’t complaint about this hotel. It is very well situated near to Moulin Rouge if that’s your thing. Public transport from this hotel is also local and gives easy access to destinations far and wide across Paris. The hotel itself is great, exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly even when we crashed in at 3am.
This is a beautifully decorated Hotel, 1-minute walk from Metro Pigalle. The room was gorgeous, modern and the king-size bed so comfortable that I never slept so well for a very long time. I loved the Nespresso machine in your room and the effective air conditioning was much appreciated as it was very hot in Paris. The staff was all really nice and authentic. The breakfast was delicious and when I came down, I was introduced to the different choices (it was a buffet) by a very pleasant lady. I'll eat anything but I'm fussy when it comes to the quality of food and everything was so nice. I loved how they decorated the place which was a mix of modern art and beautiful furnishings brought from the owner's travels in Bali and other travel destinations. I highly recommend this place and it's close to Montmartre too and Abbesses with its cafes and restaurants.…
Clean, nice room whit a terras, nice and freindly staff, good breakfast, a very very good hotel👍 Just 3 minutes walk to the pigalle metro station👍 I recomend if for a stay in paris💗 Best regards Lasse Hagelskytt
The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by lots of different places to eat. We arrived very late the first night, and despite asking for a quiet room, were given a room facing the busy street. We did not have a good first night however, when we asked for a different room the second day, the staff was very pleasant and did it straightaway. Both rooms we stayed in were clean and more than acceptable for Paris, and the price paid. The staff at reception and cleaning lady were welcoming. At night time, with the bars and night clubs and noisy customers, it might not look like the best area to stay at first sight but it did not bother us as it is a very good location, and good value for money hotel. We could definitely stay there again next time we are in Paris.
Clean and comfortable. Rooms are small but sufficient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Outside area is a bit seedy but okay and good location to metro and busses. Lots of snack places in walking distance
We had a pleasant stay. The location is very good, lots of pubs, brasserie near by. The hotel is around the area of Pigalle 9th arrondissement, metro station very close. The room was equipped with everything you need, clean enough. A small minus, we had a stain on the bed sheet when we checked in, but despite that, towels changed every day. The lady at reception was qind and helpful. In short, we had a good stay at Opera Frochot. A! Also, a good thing, if you come back after 12 am, you have to ring the bell, so they open the door for you. I considered this thing good for our safety somehow. Thanks!
