Having read all the reviews that sang the praises of the hotel we were not disappointed. Room with a great view of the Tower - I think you have to book the good rooms, very clean and ample of space for Paris. Sometimes people write reviews here of 3 star hotels and expect 5 star service. This is a 3...

For our first visit to Paris, we decided to stay in the 7th district near the Eiffel Tower. After spending many, many hours searching through TripAdvisor, I selected Hotel Duquesne Eiffel based on the wonderful reviews, the lovely pictures, and the fact that they had a room with a (small, standing room only) balcony available. The staff was professional, kind,...

This is the perfect place to stay in Paris. The gals at the front desk are so very helpful and being a short walk to the metro is great for seeing every sight in Paris. The neighborhood was primarily upper middle class, not as touristy as other areas. If you are like me and like to see the true culture...

The staff at the Hotel Duquesne Eiffel are friendly, extremely helpful, and they were very approachable. We were greeted literally at the door as we arrived, as one of the managers was arriving for work. Our room was ready at noon, and we were able to stow our luggage immediately and head out for the day! The location to the...

We were first time visitors to Paris and used the Hotel Duquesne as our base for a one week stay. The hotel is well run and friendly. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. We used the hotel's breakfast room which was a little pricey, but convenient and ably managed for a quick meal. The Metro, which we...
