For twenty four euros return you can catch the air France shuttle bus from CDG airport that drops you off at the top of the road. As others have written the location is great right next to the arch de triomphe and within walking distance of lots of attractions. Also about ten minutes walk to the palais de congress which...

Hotel Astrid is in a great location. Emerging from Charles de Gaulle etoille station and looking up at the Arc de Triomphe was a real 'pinch me' moment, especially when we could stick our heads out the window and see the same view! Our room was pleasant, well presented and maintained, but while both the room and bathroom were clean,...

This is a three-star hotel, which means that the lobby and room are small, the elevator is tiny, and the stairwell close to un-negotiatable.The room key is just that - a key not a card, and in fact an old fashioned lever tumbler key. However, the location is great (from my window I saw the Arc de Triomphe), the staff...

We've chosen this hotel becouse of the price. It was really best price for such a hotel in Paris. What we liked: friendly staff, tasty breakfast, good location What we dislike: very small rooms and very hard and tough bed (I had a back ache every morning).

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights this month. The location of the hotel is brilliant!! You couldn't ask for more. Right in the middle of it all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very old and dated, don't expect too much. Our room was extremely small, on arrival we could hardly get...

This is a great budget hotel in the heart of Paris. The location is to die for. You can have an unobstructed view of the Arc de Triomphe if you stick your head out of the bathroom window and look to the right. Avenue Carnot leads off the Champs Elysees and is incredibly quiet by Paris standards. The restaurants in...

As others have said, great location but the best part is the staff - helpful and friendly. My room was fine if a little small but it was clean and had a brilliant shower. It was good being able to access my emails on the computer near the entrance. I would definitely stay here again as long as they could...

A nice hotel very close to Arc de triomphe but still in a quiet street with cafès, bars and shops near by. The staff speaks good english and were very friendly. We stayed in the larger rooms for two nights, but the room was not very large! But in Paris, who wants to stay in a hotel room? Our room had...

Hotel Astrid is situated in an ideal spot for walking, metro travel and good inexpensive restaurants and bars. Our room was quiet and very comfortable with a king size bed, good shower etc - highly recommended. The breakfast was excellent with all the usual bread, pastries, cheese, ham, fruit salad etc and wonderful, plentiful coffee.
