The hotel was chic and modern and centrally located in the 9th, near Cadet station. The room was a fair size and was very clean and comfortable. I slept very very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke and understood English. No buffet, but there is a reasonably priced breakfast option in the lounge downstairs. Free wifi. I'd...

I was traveling with my adult son & we were looking for something modestly priced (aka cheap) that was close to the metro. There is no parking by the hotel entrance but they do have a lot close by so best to drop someone off with the luggage & let them check it. Entrance were small but charming. We had...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
