We arrived at our hotel at mid day just hoping for our room to be ready as we had been travelling since 3 am. Not only was the room ready we were also upgraded to the suite complimentary. They thought after our journey and the terrible rain we would need to be more comfortable. I was stunned at the generosity...

Stayed here with my partner who was here on business and can't recommend enough. Modern and cool rooms with discreet but friendly staff. We stayed in room 57 on the top floor with great views of the neighbouring streets and the famous rooftops of Paris. Two windows in room plus another in the bathroom. Excellent shower and very comfortable beds....

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the center of Paris. 5 minutes walk to Étoile Square. Clean; recently renovated; high level of comfort. But small rooms (Paris !!!) ... small desk for checking/checkout ... morning checkout takes quite a while !!! Highly recommended!

You may like the interior design or not but you will certainly fall for the overall ambiance, the kindness and top efficiency of staff, the bedding quality, the good size and high level of confort of the room (even if TV set is rather small) and the top quality toiletteries on offer. A very good 4* hotel to any standards...

Apart from its location close to Champs-Élysées, I just hated every bit of this place. The room was of average size for Paris, bathroom was ok, but no sound proofing. I can hear the sound of people walking about in the corridor, and flushing sounds in the toilet. Internet was horrible as it takes 5 minutes to be connected every...

Madam, Such comments need some explanations. Obviously, our hotel does not correspond to you. Let me start with the "worst": "the hangers". They are part of our decoration, and it is on purpose that we chose silver metal hangers and not a classic wardrobe. Let me precise to the travellers that the Hotel Bassano is a design Boutique Hotel and...

So it was my first time in Paris, and I couldn't have been chosen a better location! Just walking distance from the charming Champs-Élysées, and there is a metro station within a couple of steps off the hotel. Decor is modern and simply comfortable, but coset space could've been a little bigger. WiFi works perfectly and breakfast gives you the...

I've been staying here on and off for the best part of 30 years. The rooms are very well appointed and been upgraded many times over the years. The lift is small but by staying on a lower floor you don't need to use it.

If you want to be close to Champs-Élysées then I would advice that you book with Bassano. The service is commendable. The food was good as well. The staff were friendly and were always ready to assist. They also had a good understanding of English which made it very easy for me during my stay.

Good location as it is only a 5 minute walk to George V Metro station on the Champs Elysee. Free wifi pretty good and reliable. Bad points: - Separate toilet with no sink so you have to walk between that and the bathroom - Small older lift is not convenient - Energy saving lights are slow which makes stairs quite...
