Prices are up on charming rooms. Concierges are still the same people and still lovely. Still a perfect location. No Air conditioning is no problem in October. We will see if our front room is too noisy.

Dated charm, lovely location at the heart of Marais, staff helpful, close to Metro, lots of great places nearby to eat and drink. Great value in Paris for a 3 staff. WIFI downstairs and access to house computer.

As the free breakfast varies I think I would contact the hotel directly. It depends upon when you’re staying. We didn’t have a free breakfast but enjoyed eating @ some of the local cafes.Happy travels.
