Stayed here for 2 nights. Nice, pretty, boutique hotel. Renovated, clean, beautifully decorated, and convenient location to Arc d' Triomphe and Champs Elysees. However, reception staff is one person and not very accommodating. In fact, the initial reception gentlemen was a bit curt and certainly uninviting. We paid for a spacious, up sized room because I read the rooms were...

Dear Valarieh, Thank you so much for having chosen our hotel for your Paris visit. We are so sorry that your were disappointed with the reception and the missing coffee service. As our rooms are on the small size we haven't added the coffee kettles in the normal rooms to avoid taking all the space on the table. Instead we...

The Keppler is a great boutique hotel centrally located in Paris. The rooms are compact but well appointed, and it's very easy to get to/from the Keppler via the George V metro stop. The lobby has a cozy bar, and the lower level offers a tiny (but well equipped) fitness room and a steam/sauna facility. The staff was friendly throughout...

Well it' s not the area I would usually choose - more usually the Bastille, Marais, Latin Quarter / Montaparnasse locales, but like many others I was visiting the Louis Vuitton Foundation to see the wonderful Shuchkin exhibition. The shuttle bus goes from L'Etoile so the Keppler is very convenient. I stayed three nights and found all the staff to...

Just returned from a two night's stay at the gorgeous Hotel Keppler. The photographs do not do this place justice. There are several luxury boutique hotels in Paris, but this place is very special. The rooms are plush, the bathrooms are quite fancy, and the service cannot be beat. The front desk along with the rest of the hotel are...

This is an outstanding boutique hotel. Fab location, the staff are welcoming and looking to assist. The breakfasts are as good as any hotel breakfast you will find, not mass produced but quality pastries and hot food. Continental available as well. We had the 2 bedroom suite with 2 girls but roomy immaculate and very comfortable. With small intimate lounges,...

Smart, well decorated in the black-and-white mode, quiet room, a little small, but this is Paris. Good breakfast, attentive service. Main advantage is location, if like us (Fondation Luis Vuitton exhibition) you are planning sightseeing in this area of Paris. Easy walk to most things. Pricey but won't break the bank, again by Parisian standards.
