With my boyfriend we spent some wonderful 3 days in Paris. We choose this hotel for the area where it is located: on foot every location is reachable, Opera is very closed by, lots of restaurants and brasserie, supermarkets or shops. Hotel is very quiet...More
My impression of Paris is not one of warmth. Style, yes. Great food, yes, often. But when it comes to warm welcomes or extraordinary care and concern for the traveler, Paris is not the first place that comes to mind.

The only good thing about the hotel is itslocation. The room and bathroom are very small, without any form of luxury. The room was clean and staff was friendly though. I would not recommend staying since it is overpriced.

The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in
another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
