The "promised room with a view" was not simply there. I did complain but with no success.

Kind staff. Very close to the subway. The room are not as spacious but comfortable with everything you need. Good for tourism or less long stay. Breakfast in the underground room, there is not a big choise of meals.

Your conditions on the booking page said "Pay Later" (when stay), "Free cancellation", and "No deposit charge", so why my card got deducted by you?

Hmm good question,,,I'd say to dispute the charge with your credit card company but if you haven't travelled yet they may think you're canceling. If you can find another place, just go ahead and cancel...
