Cannot fault it. Warm, confortable room. Great breakfast. Friendly helpful Reception staff who were enthusiastic about helping us. Only 2 minutes from Blanche Metro. 10 minutes walk up to Montmartre and lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The hotel is very conveniently located 2 minutes away from Moulin Rouge and Montmartre with a great balcony with outdoor sitting within our room that we took full advantage! Very friendly staff and generous breakfast buffet complemented the 2 nights of our stay there!
For my partner and me Paris is Montmartre and our long weekend in this hotel was such a lovely confirmation of the aura of the area. The rooms seem to be newly refurbished and clean, while sipping your coffee in the balcony with a croissant...More

The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in
another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

I found the room to be a little larger than most Montmartre hotels. I have stayed in other Paris hotels with an 8 month old baby, and a 15 month old - and on both occasions the baby slept with us as there wasn't much room to turn round once the travel cot was assembled. So to answer your question, I think the Kipling would be as suitable as any other central Paris hotel. My only tip in travelling with little ones would be to book an Apparthotel as they are usually more spacious and give you time to talk/relax when the children are sleeping. I stayed in one near Porte de Versailles. Hope this helps!
