As usual in Paris, rooms are very small in this hotel, unless you pay a much higher price. Apart from this, the hotel has been well renovated, and it is comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, but the service was good. The location of the hotel is quite good, on the "grands boulevards" and not too far from the city centre....

Busy interesting area only a few metro stops from centre.Staff welcoming, efficient with good English. Our third floor room had been refurbed with a good bathroom with a bath . Towels of good quality. Had breakfast at 13 euros per person each day. A good choice of breads, meats, yoghourt, cereals and even hot scrambled egg and frankfurter sausages If...

4 female adults travelling for 1 month around Europe just looking for a comfortable bed, decent shower and elevator to cart our 100kgs of luggage. We found it here at short notice after bailing from Apartments l'Hôpital 20 minutes away. We booked a quadruple room on the 3rd floor. We all had our own single bed. Great much needed space...

We stayed 3 nights this week at this Hotel, from the minute we arrived we felt Welcomed with staff pulling out a complementary map and explaining our location, attractions and Metro location. Once we arrived at our room on the 2nd floor it looked fantastic it obviously has be refurbished recently and felt warm and inviting. The bathroom was the...

Excellent location: 5 mins walk to metro, 7 minutes to Pompidou center, 15 minutes to river Ciene. Very small room, however that doesn't make any problem for a tourist spending days walking through the city, and it was clean and cozy. Wifi speed wasn't bad.

Fabulous room and location, closer at the metro station. Good for recommend for long stay. but I dislike to use escalator it was too small space and slow to operation if you are stay in 5th floor, you have to use stair up and down. It was so tired.

The staff was extremely rude, with absolutely no concern whatsoever for customer satisfaction. Unless perhaps you are fully covered by a travel insurance policy that might cover you for having to book an alternative hotel? It is really unfortunate that companies such as this are able to operate in the important tourism market in France. Customer satisfaction should always be...

This was my third time staying at l'Hotel du Plat d.Etain, and it gets better every single time! The breakfasts are amazing, clean and nice rooms, (always a little hot for me - but thats OK considering everything else is perfect). Elevator that fits many. Ability to store things upon early check in. This hotel has it all!

My first time in Paris. I spent three nights, last week. Reception was very professional and explained everything, very well. This includes local metro lines, taxi availability, restaurants, etc. Room was small, but extremely comfortable. Recent upgrades made my stay, one to remember. Mentions of the small elevator and hallways are true. But they both managed well, with this horizontally...

I stayed here for 3 night in November in room facing the the street (Rue Meslay). It was convenient for where i was meeting in Turbigo and also close to Gare du Hord for Eurostar. I got a good price for a double room (about 80€ on HotelBooking.com and looking at the published price it was good value..normal prices are...
