I have been here for 2 nights and was ok. Good location, closed to shops & restaurants. The room was small, but clean. My room was closed to the lift, so a little bit in a noisy area of the 2nd floor. Breakfast was not too bad.

For those who need to catch a cruise out to La Havre this is a great jumping off point. The hotel is a block from Saint Lazare station which has a cheap nonstop train to the cruise port. It is in the great opera district and you will have easy access to the rest of the tourist spots in Paris....

The staff is quite caring of you and giving the feeling that they are always ready if you are in need of. It was the first time I've been to Paris and I feel that I am safe. The room was small and my only critisim is that the smell of the carpet in hotel was a little bit embarrassing....

The location is very good close to the department stores. The room is very small. The breakfast is very nice, I have to say thank you for the Philippine gentlemen In the restaurant who takes very good care for us. We had a happy time here .We will come here next time when we go to Paris.

The rooms at the hotel are small, particularly the bathrooms, that can't be denied, but you are in the very centre of Paris. Unless you're prepared to pay much more I can't see how you will get much better. The small room was spotless and comfortable with air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge (didn't open it, been caught having to...

Great location, renovated but very small rooms (except the executive ones). The breakfast is not on par with other Mercure hotels and needs to offer greater variety. The personnel were helpful at all times. The rooms that face St Lazarre station are somewhat noisy.

Excellent location! Small room but enough for a couple. The all hotel had been renovated recently! Nice breakfast with nespresso! In the heart of the city. 100m far from galleries printemp, galleries Lafayette, and boulevard Haussmann. There are some restaurants around the hotel! Very nice staff!

In 2009 my husband and I went to Paris and stayed at this hotel. I wrote a review at that time as we were very pleased with our visit. Nothing has changed since then. The hotel is very centrally located and very close to a main Metro station. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, the buffet was just as good...
