My boyfriend and I chose Elysia hotel, our most favorite place, to celebrate both our birtdays last weekend. We love it there, it s our getaway whenever we decide to have a cozy weekend away from our routine! We already spent many weekends at Elysia hotel and we can say that Solène and the beautiful hotel staff have been always able to make each stay unique and so charming that every time we feel so excited to go and very sad to leave! This last stay was no exception and even more exciting and amazing: Solène together with the hotel staff, the restaurant chef and his team made the celebration of our birthdays a real dream! My boyfriend and I asked Solène to organize a couple of surprises for each other and she made it so perfect, so charming.. we could not ask for anything more romantic, elegant and beautiful. The warm welcome of the front desk team their kindness, beautiful smile and caring manners, made us feel immediately home. Solène upgraded our room to the stunning Parisian suite, a dream room in the most elegant Parisian style, decorated with a beautiful attention to each detail. A box of our favorite La Durèe macarons was waiting for us on our bed, what a beautiful gesture! The morning after our breakfast table was decorated beautifully with a balloon and a card which my boyfriend gave to her and the restaurant staff came to me with a waffel and a candle to blow (one of my favorite dessert!). After breakfast we came back to the room and we found it fully decorated with a card for my birthday, golden and silver helium balloons on the ceiling and hearts balloons lying on our bed! How Romantic!! In the evening we found a new decoration in the room for both me and my boyfriend. As i had asked to Solène, a very delicious fresh red fruit cheesecake was waiting for us in the room with a complementary bottle of the excellent Mailly champagne! The day after we celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday and i asked Solène to help me to organize the day! She again did it perfectly, beautifully.. she left me speechless! From the breakfast surprise till the evening aperitif where she reserved the very elegant bamboo launge room for us only and the chef of the hotel restaurant Le Bayadere prepared for us a very delicious, 5 stars aperitif with a selection of warm and cold dishes and delicious birthday desserts. We cant thank Elysia hotel enough for having contributed to make our birthdays unforgettable and so very special! We are very happy to call Elysia hotel our second home and the Elysia hotel staff our second family! Their kindness together with the charm of the hotel is the reason why we will keep coming back. We highly recommend Hotel Elysia: Five stars hotel with the most beautiful staff for an unforgettable dream stay in the most romantic city of the world, Paris!…
We cannot say enough about the hospitality and kindness we experienced at the stunning Hotel Elysia during our recent visit to Paris. The perfect Hotel Elysia in the Eighth arrondissement, is a delightful Haussmanian-styled Parisian Townhouse with outstanding classic French design. It was a joy to take breakfast each morning at their Le Bayadere restaurant as well as an evening cocktail/snack at the bar. The hotel on a quiet street, is steps away from the Champs-Elysees as well as the beautiful Musee Jacquemart-Andre and many other restaurants. We were taken such good care of by Illona, Omar and staff. Thank you for making this visit a special memory. We are grateful and plan to visit again.
The Hotel is well located, just off the Champs Ellysees and major shopping, short walk from most sights. The rooms are excellent, well ventilated and newly renovated. Good Breakfast not a large spread but ticks all the major boxes. Very helpful staff. Only issue was that the Gym and Spa was not available, under renovation when we visited. They had some alternate options available near buy but we did not check it out.
We had two different rooms. Both were beautiful and spacious. We were comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff helped with everything we needed, including the driver who was reliable and wonderful. We had initially asked for connecting rooms and a view of the Eiffel Tower (not sure where I read it was possible). We did not get either, but the large windows opened allowing a nice breeze and beautiful music from the street below. It was quiet overall. The breakfast was delicious and the staff met all our needs. I would absolutely stay here again.
The good: The room is spacious and felt like a fine place. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony felt like...Paris. The staff spoke English and were helpful when they could do so. The location close to Champs Elysses is excellent The not so good: We were given bad information from the staff. We only had two days to do tourist things and planned to go to Versailles. I asked the hotel reception about going on Monday and was told that was fine and we discussed transportation options. What they did not tell me is that Versailles is closed on Mondays. So we lost the chance to go there because I trusted their information was accurate. Then we were told that a restaurant was a twenty minute drive in taxi when it was only five blocks away and we could have walked there. Finally the room while beautiful, lacks a chest of drawers or shelves designed to hold clothes. We did use the closet where the glasses were stored. Also when we arrived the coffee maker did not work. In appearance this is a five star hotel but in my experience it was four stars. They should have a fully trained concierge.…
Perfect Hotel, I recommend this property. Very helpful and friendly team, amazing location, in the heart of Paris, a walking distance from all landmark. Feeling at home, in case of any issue, everyone in the hotel will help. to keep you smiling :)
a very elegant hotel in a beautiful neighborhood close to many shops, restaurants, and the champs elysees… we stayed in the prestige room which was an excellent corner room, the room was spacious and beautifully designed, bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and a rain shower head, we were graciously welcomed with a handwritten note and sweets, it was a bit further away from the eiffel tower and the louvre (30-40 minute walk) but taxis and ubers made them more accessible, although we didn’t try the restaurant it looked very nice, we did order room service once which was delivered fast and was delicious, overall we would stay here again and would recommend it to any traveler looking for quiet luxury in the heart of paris
Hotel Elysia is located in a nice part of Paris (one block down from Zara, Pierre Herme, etc. on Champs Elysses). It is within walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysses. The Eiffel Tower, Tuileries Garden, Musee d'Orsay, Musee de l'Orangerie, Louvre, and Montmarte were farther and while walkable - public transportation or Uber/Taxi is easier. There is also a convenience store on the same street that is open until midnight that has snacks, water, wine, etc. The hotel is nicely furnished, they even had extra outlet converters as we forgot ours. The elevator was small, but was large enough to fit two of us with luggage. Room service was prompt and always available. What stood out the most was the staff. Each and every one of the staff we interacted with at all hours of the day was friendly and accommodating. The little touches they added throughout really made our stay much more special. Highly recommend Hotel Elysia!…
As a surprise I booked a short stay in Paris for my girlfriends birthday. I chose Hotel Elysia as I thought it would be nice to stay in a five star hotel. Words cannot describe how good this hotel is and should be given 6 stars!. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were amazing. We had breakfast every morning and had dinner in the restaurant one night and were treated like we were the only people in the hotel . The rooms are stunning and kept that way throughout our stay by the amazing cleaning staff . The location is perfect for any sightseeing. If you’re staying in Paris please choose this hotel as it will take the experience to another level. Thank you so much to everybody in the hotel for making this birthday one we will never forget.
The hotel exceeded our expectations on all counts. We had a wonderful stay in Paris and the hotel was everything we hoped for and more. The location was ideal; a stones throw from the Arc de Triomphe on a quiet side street. The hotel was beautiful and faultless. We loved every minute.
