This lovely hotel is highly recommended for a visit to Paris. Very friendly & helpful staff on every level. Reception was manned 24hrs a day by exceptional staff who seemed to go over & above the usual hotel duties & spoke excellent English. I don't know who runs or owns the hotel but their choice of staff could not be...

The photos showed that I had booked a triple room with dormer windows and partitions between the different parts of the room, with enough space for luggage.( I later looked around and found that there may be 4 only of these rooms on the top floor) Instead, we were in a tiny double room with an extra bed , so...

Unbeatable location: just a few minutes from the stations of Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord; it is really near the canal Saint Martin. The hotel was under renovation. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel for £40 a night and it was definitely better than I expected it to be. The room was of decent size and included both a shower and a bath. The hotel is only a short walk from two local train stations that go directly into the centre of Paris in about 25 minutes....

We have just arrived home after spending 3 days in Paris. The Est Hotel gets a big yes from us...my partner, myself and my 15 year old son. We booked a triple room and I did request that the 3rd bed be in an alcove as I'd seen on some of the photos but on arrival we were given the...

The est hotel is a good budget hotel with very friendly staff, I would advise to get a room on the other side of the main road as it was very quiet and peaceful. The only thing I would say was a little of a let down was the WiFi connection as it wasn't very good in the room but...

The staff at this hotel were very helpful friendly and let us store our luggage when we arrived very early in the morning for no charge. Their helpful attitude offering advice for the metro etc was fantastic. the accomodation was basic and a little small for our family yet the balcony and view were spectacular.

Good value for money. There was an ongoing renovation in the hotel during our stay but it wasn't a problem at all (just hall was a bit messy). The hotel is small and very basic. Rooms are small but have everything you would expect. The most disadvantage is a very small shower. I didin't have a problem but my husband...

Will not return and not recommend. Did not stay for the duration of our booking. Unfortunately we were a group of 5 people who arrived at this hotel after 11pm with good hopes for a nice stay following the reviews, however as soon as we left the main hotel lobby we were very disappointed. All levels are unpainted and look/feel...
