We stayed for five nights at the end of summer. The front desk was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and multi-lingual. Spacious, quiet, clean room for 3. Close to Musee Rodin, Musee D'Orsay, Eiffel Tower and Invalides. Within long walk of Louvre, Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle etc.
This is our second time there and we loved it each time.
It is even better now with their new bedding, so comfortable and sweet.
The location can't be beaten, close to everything.
the kindness and professionnalism of the staff is second to none.
My two granddaughters and I stayed here from the 21st til the 25th of August. The first night in Paris the gentleman at the desk gave us directions to some nearby restaurants. As we were walking toward the restaurants crossing in front of place d'invalid...More
This hotel is a perfect choice if you need a nice and comfortable boutique hotel in the center of Paris. The atmosphere is superb. The staff is polite, helpful and professionnal. The area is really select with many good adresses. Reserve and enjoy.
My family and I, a total of 8 people, just spent 8 days staying at the Hotel de Varenne and we loved every minute.
The location could not be better for viewing the sights of old city Paris and the staff is extremely courteous.
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and
politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
I recommend to take the train (RER) from the airport and transfer at Notre-Dame/St-Michel to RER C and get off at Invalides. From there you'll have a couple of blocks to walk to the hotel or transfer to Metro line 13 for one... More
I recommend to take the train (RER) from the airport and transfer at Notre-Dame/St-Michel to RER C and get off at Invalides. From there you'll have a couple of blocks to walk to the hotel or transfer to Metro line 13 for one stop to Varennes.
