Staff was very rude and did not underatood english. We came to hotel at 12:30am and it was closed through the night. We try to call someone to open the doors but in the middle of conversation they hang up the phone and never answered again till 10 am. Me and my friend had to spend the night walking in...

Hotel was in quite nice area, in the middle on many nice restaurants and cafes. Distance to nearest subway station was quite short. Hotel was clean. Service in reception was a little old fashioned, like hotel also. Room was small, but just upgraded. For example bathroom was quite new. We didn't try breakfest or Wifi. Voices from corridor or nearest...

Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist. Nice enough man. Demanded we pay the city tax there and then but we didn't have the right change only 50 euro notes therefore he forced us to pay for breakfast for the two mornings we were there (€4 per person per breakfast) so we had to do that to get out...

I just came back from my trip to Paris. The worst thing about this trip was this hotel. They charge you for taxes and wifi upon arrival and it does not matter if you have already paid the fee they will keep 50 euros as a down payment. There was no elevator and it was soooo hard to go upstairs...

Having read all the reviews I was a little nervous. Need not have worried, for the price it really was excellent. Good room, quiet, en-suite (all new & renovated), very clean, all facilities inc a new TV. Had a friendly english-speaking welcome. Position is walking distance from Montmartre. Downstairs is a square with bakeries / bars everything you need. This...

My husband and I have just returned from Paris. It was a treat from our son and daughter in law. He gave us a choice of several budget hotels this is the one we plumped for. Situated next to a pretty park convenient for trains, metro and buses. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Hotel clean. Comfy bed. Towels...

We stayed here for 4 nights booking 3 rooms for our group- a double and a single which were on the 6th floor and a twin on the 2nd floor. The good: the rooms were lovely and comfortable- clean and well kept- there was an elevator (although it could hold only 2 average sized persons at any given time and...

Was worried after I had booked this then read the reviews, but can happily say I was not disappointed. The place was clean and the room we stayed in was newly renovated, with a modern bathroom. The view from the window was of the little island surrounded by little cafès. It was quiet and suited us for what we needed....

I don't understand all of the terrible ratings. We stayed for 4 nights total. It's not the absolute best, but for the price, this hotel is simple but very above average. Room: Our double bed room on the fifth floor was clean, quiet and comfortable. Most of the walls looked like it had been recently painted and the bathroom looked...

The plus side is that is ideally located for central Paris with two Metro stops a short walk away. However it is basic with a lift which barely carries one person. When queried that we had asked for rooms with a bath the receptionist was dismissive and just said that the hotel was full. Everything seemed to have additional charges...

“rooms are very small”
kkbansal, 16 Apr 2015 | Read review
“We requested a room for 3, we were traveling with our adult son. They gave us very small room on the 5th floor ( it has a 2 person elevator) that had room for a bed only. Our son slept on a board with a thin mat placed to substitute as a bed. I had specifically asked for 3 REAL beds in my initial reservations. They were intially rude and insensitive, but we were polite and at the end of the stay (the last day) they gave our son a room to himself. I advise you not to stay at this facility.”
