Me and my Fiance stayed at the Hotel Eugenie in between christmas and new year and we were very impressed! The hotel is situated right in the heart of some of the major attractions along with great restaurants, bars, cafes and creperies all in walking distance. The River Seine and Notre Dame are just a short 5 minute walk away....

At the occasion of their 12th birthday we take our grandchildren to guide around a European capital of their choice for a couple of days. At that age they fully understand a lot of aspects of life and it is their introduction to European big city-life. Our eldest granddaughter chose for a stay in Paris. We particularly wanted to stay...

The hotel is in a great location with lots of surrounding bars and restaurants to choose from. The hotel rooms are quite small but this is what you should expect when visiting Paris. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff where very welcoming and made it an enjoyable stay.

Location is excellent with the metro being so close and such a vibrant area. The room is nice with all the updates. It will be great if they can improve the concierge attitude a bit but overall a decent hotel.

Just back from a 2 night stay in Paris at this perfect little place. Superb location (very quiet considering its central situation), very comfortable even for 2 adults and child, spotlessly clean and friendly and efficient service. You could not go wrong with this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We loved it and would definitely go...

i stayed here in September 2015 and was impressed with the location and room. The hotel rooms seem to have been renovated since and it is a top hotel in a great location. The Saint Michel Metro station is on your doorstep as are a number of bars and restaurants. Notre Dame is less than a 5 minute walk. Rooms...

Unbelievably perfect location next to Saint Michel Square and Metro station, with an easy walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, d'Orsay, Pompidou, Jardin du Luxemburg, etc. and in or near nighttlfe and restaurants. Nice comfortable beds and relatively inexpensive.

This hotel (with lift) is situated in a very vibrant street in the Latin Quarter of Paris, near the Place St Michel (and metro) and the many sights of the 6th arrondissement. A short walk to the Seine and Notre Dame. There is a good choice of restaurants, cafes and various shops in easy walking distance, including a great coffee...

The hotel is a 10 minute stroll to the Louvre, not even 5 minutes to a metro station Saint-Michel, 5-10 minutes to Notre Dame. There's free wifi, the are small without being cramped and they've been renovated so are perfect for coming home to after a long day of sightseeing. Only issue was it wasn't mentioned before or upon our...

We got this as a hotwire deal and were positively surprised to find recently renovated guest rooms (much nicer than what was still shown on their website). Bed rooms and bath rooms are rather small, but perfectly functional. There is some noise from the street below and also from other rooms, but this didn't bother us. WiFi worked well. We...

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
