We had a good time in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is not too big, but clean. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Hotel is in a nice street in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants around and supermarket across the street. To earn your helpful vote : Next to hotel is Italian restaurant La Luna -...

We had an issue with our Airbnb location for the weekend, so opted for this hotel via Late Rooms. It was in a great location, and extremely cheap - and we were struggling to find somewhere for the Saturday night. Hotel staff were great, location was superb for visiting all attractions, and our room was decent for the rating of...

Characteristic hotel in Montmartre on walking distance from Sacre Coeur. Several subway stations near bye and a restaurant. Staff speaks English and are friendly. A good chocolate shop / museum, maison georges larnicol, with delicious chocolate.

This property is 10 minutes walk from Gare Du Nord so it is well located, you might not think much about the area until you start spending money in the rest of Paris, then you will start to appreciate this low cost location. This area is pretty comparable to Kings Cross in London. Room was small but very clean, it...

We booked this hotel because of the 4=3 nights promotion. The hotel is badly maintained. Shower has molt in the shower head, the room smells, holes in the walls. The bed was hard, but that is quite common in these hotels. Another big problem was the central heating system. You can't turn it off, it can only turned off by...

2 star hotel, basic needs provided. Bit squeezy but ain't a problem for us. Affordable and accessible as it is the near the train station both to all over Paris and Europe. Yup, you are just a 8minute walk for your next train trip to all over Europe. Staffs were friendly. I'm a Muslim and several Halal stores are available...

I don’t review unless the hotel was amazing or, on the other hand completely awful. In this case, this was the worst hotel I have stayed in, and as a world traveler I have stayed in hundreds. The staff, whilst being extremely friendly, hardly spoke english. As a result there were some mixups. Several times we asked about the airport...

My partner and I didn't expect much from the hotel because it was very cheap. However what we encountered was not acceptable nor healthy. We decided to stay there because it was our first visit to Paris and we wanted to be very close to Gare du Nord. This was the only positive thing about the hotel. It was extremely...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
