I have stayed here a couple of times over the last few years on solo jaunts to Paris. I love the concept behind it - Christian hospitality - which is what attracted me in the first place. However, it's a very mediocre experience to stay here. The positives are that the security is excellent (key card system), and the common... More

As an "older" woman travelling alone, safety was very important to me. This Hostel was like a home away from home, offering a warm welcome and hospitality. The different programmes provided an interesting side of Paris, which I loved….a trip out to the country to see a River boat which has been a Church since WW1, a tour of some... More

This is a rare find for travelers looking for really low room rates in a top Parisian neighborhood. What makes this hostel attractive is the location near Champs Elysees; a few steps away from the river and the Bateaux Mouches and walking distance from Les Invalides, the Musee d'Orsay. and the Eiffel tower. Rooms are very spartan but generally seem... More

Adveniat Paris was a very nice place to stay. It is convenient to the major attractions and some within walking distance. The staff was very hospitable and willing to help with taxi's, directions, and advice. They service a continental breakfast, have a laundry room, and a beautiful chapel. It was a very nice experience. I recommend it to those who... More

Fabulous location for a great price. Good atmosphere in common room, great location ... you can walk to most of the main sites. A bit more food at breakfast, but if that's the only problem, that's ok. Stayed with my family for a week, and had a great time. Safe, friendly, clean and affordable. You even get your own cupboard... More

I've stayed at Adveniat for 5 days with a groupe of high school students. It was a great place to stay. Great location (Av. Montaigne, Champs Elysées, Grand Palais...) with very cosy spaces. Realy calm and safe "arrondissement". One of the best in Paris. Subway station Franklin Roosevelt very near (5 min. walk). Rooms are OK. Not fancy or extremely... More

Great quality for a hostel. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. I would have given five star if there was somewhere to leave luggage during lockout. For me lockout was fine as I was sightseeing all day. The issue was on the day of arrival and departure. Lugging luggage around the city is not much fun. Thanks

This location right off the Champs, near the Grand Palace cannot be beaten. Very affordable for families. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are basic, very basic.
