Nice little hotel, great staff, room was really small ( guess if you're around for a couple days it's alright) but It was nice and clean every single day, good location, alot of restaurants/bar around.

Got the shared bathroom facilities no breakfast. My friend had room facing the street and said it was rather loud. Only critique I had was walls were a bit thin could hear people clambering about and phones going off. Short walk to red light district. Would stay here again.

The hotel has a lot of positive attributes. It's location, it's clean, the beds are wonderfully comfortable and the staff are great. However, the rooms are impossibly hot and stuffy and with only a fan and no A/C, it makes for a very uncomfortable stay during hot weather. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every whisper coming...

The best thing about staying at this hotel is that it’s within walking distance to these metro stations: (1) Le Peletier; (2) Notre Dame de Lorette; (3) Grand Boulevards metro; and (4) Richilieu Durout metro station. The neighbourhood's also really nice; many food outlets, convenience stores, boulangeries and there's a fantastic chocolatier located nearby, as well. We knew beforehand there...

We booked our stay at this hotel and the location was amazing. You're in a decent area very close to two key subway lines. The rooms were always very tidy and in good repair! The staff were very warm and welcoming. Their breakfast however, did leave a lot to be desired. I would have liked more variety.

We had booked a "family room" for two adults and two teenagers on Expedia. It was really two small, separate rooms with separation entrances and keys at the top of the first flight of steps. These were the only two rooms on the floor. The location of the hotel is good, just half a block from the Le Peletier metro...

Best thing about the hotel is it's location. Right between Montmartre and the historic part of Paris. Easily accesible from almost anywhere. The rooms are not pretty, and could be more up to date. But really, if one considers the price, you can't ask for it to be the Ritz. It served it's purpose quite well.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is 3 minutes from Le Peletier metro station and 5 mins to Notre Dame de Lorette, Grand Boulevards and Richilieu Durout, which we used depending on where we were headed. There are three supermarkets 3 to 5 minutes away and a small convience store just opposite. Restaurants, bakeries, a chocolatier...

We stayed in Sydney room that faces the courtyard. I was disappointed initially to not get a street facing room as that was the one I had booked. But in hindsight, it worked out well. It was super quite and we did not stay much in the hotel anyway. Biggest plus is the location with metro station being a couple...

The location of the hotel is good, really close to La Fayette and Opera, if its your first time visit, it will be a nice deal. I booked this hotel for my parents, who stayed here for 9 nights. We, as a family who knows Paris enough not to stay in hotel all day, were a little disappointed. Before the...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
