The staff was really nice and helpful, the photos are not representative of the hotel as it must have been refurbished. the rooms are cosy and comfortable as well as quiet. The quality of the wifi could be a bit better.

I was recently over for 2 nights and wanted somewhere near the start of Marathon and this place was just it and what a wise choice! It's superbly located not far from Pl de la Madeleine with plenty of shops and bars nearby and your are not very far from all the tourist attractions so a bonus there as well....

The Newly renovated La Malown, has one winning bet - Its Staff and Maintly the Frontdesk, this guys (Michael,Shibu and Another Tunisian Guy) are Fantastic! Friendly, Eager to Help and Always Willing! The Rooms are even smaller, even by parisian and price wise they may be better optionnearby, but i am not too sure if you'd receive such good service,...

The hotel is very well located. We have been nicely welcome and receptionist was nice. We had a "basic" room located on the inside of the patio (way much quieter). The room are clean, modern and functional. Finally, there is free WIFI Access. However, the room was very little. There was Nespresso capsule...without the Nespresso machine. There was some scratch...

As first impressions go, Hotel Malown leaves a lot to be desired. The hallways are old, smelly and not very clean. However, the rooms are better than you would have expected based on that first impression. Other than the dirty carpet floor, the rooms are quite clean. The beds are not spectacular but ok and the bathroom has a nice...

She could not go as a wedding had been brought forward so offered my husband and I the room as she could not cancel as had been booked on line with booking.com. As the original date was just after the shootings...

When I tried to enter my room on the second day I found out that my card was not working. Not sure what went wrong at checking but the receptionist explained me I should have paid when checking-in which I was not asked to do the day before. I took the opportunity to report that the coffee machine and hair...

A friend and I stayed in Hotel Le Malown for a weekend - it's a few minutes walk from the train station (get off at Madeline) and it's just around the corner. The hotel is in the 8th arr so its close to the opera and is about 20 -30 minutes walk from the Louvre. The hotel itself was clean...

We have recently stayed at Le Malown and came away feeling disappointed. The location is brilliant and probably the main reason behind the price. Upon arrival I was stood waiting for 10 minutes while the receptionist stood and spoke to his colleague. Following this I was asked to settle the full amount £300+ even after my card had been pre...

“The hotel rooms are on floors 1-5, accessed via either a spacious spiral stair or a TINY elevator. Although good daylight gets in the windows there isn't much to see from the top, so wwould recommend requesting a lower floor if you don't fancy the climb or cramped lift.”
